Large family room is the real draw card here.
Pros:

Spacious and comfortably fit our family of 4. Shower was great and the easy to use washer was a bonus. Amenities supplied were sufficient enough. Communication was easy and very responsive.

Cons:

For the $$ paid, the beds were uncomfortable with some weird bar down the middle and the pillows were a little hard with no softer pillow options. One of the windows had no blind which made it difficult to sleep past sunrise.

Pros:

部屋が広くて、大人3人・こども3人でもゆったりと過ごせました。清掃もいき届いていて清潔感があり良かったです。洗濯機が乾燥つきのものだったので、汚してしまった服をその日のうちに洗濯・乾燥できとても助かりました。

Cons:

部屋を間違えた人が数回ドアをノックしてきて、こちらから声かけすると返事はなかったのですが、間違いに気づいたのか立ち去ってくれました。ただ万が一の事を考え、ドアの施錠を確かめたかったのですが、室内から鍵がちゃんとかかっているか確かめる方法がわからず、内鍵もないため、少し不安に感じました。内鍵があれば良かったなと思いました。

Location was excellent. Close to subway, supermarket and convenience stores. Not far to Ueno Park. Size was adequate for 2 persons. Loved the washing machine and big drying rack.

Pros:

Nice location, good size for 5 people. Very convenient if you travel either kids. We enjoyed it a lot. 5 min walk to Inaricho station, 10 min to Ueno.

Cons:

The pillows are a bit too hard.

Pros:

The space for our family of 5 was so good. Great location not far walk to Ueno station and great eating spots within 2-5min walk. Nice and clean and room was very inviting 🙂 would recommend

Great Location, Well presented space and close to the trains.
Pros:

The hotel was located in a lovely quiet part of Ueno, Tokyo. Great location, very clean and well presented. Close to supermarkets and walking distance to train station.

Cons:

The only item we found missing was a small hairdryer which would be handy.

房間與照片完全相符，房東/客服問題回覆非常迅速。連續入住 6 天，中間提供一次簡單的更換垃圾及毛巾服務。一樓有提供備品可以自取，房內的吹風機也很好吹。

浴室是雙洗手台設計，我們 4 位女生同時化妝盥洗非常方便！床型是兩張單人床合併，睡眠空間很足夠。房內還有提供洗衣機與洗衣球，也有簡單的廚具可以煮食、煎肉。

靠近銀座線稻荷町站，步行大約10鐘以內，上野站大約需要20分鐘。
附近有一間24小時超市、7-11，安靜的住宅區。

Cons:

唯一小缺點是室內空間如果同時要開啟 4 個行李箱，需要稍微調整一下位置。另外，一樓飲水機有時候會遇到沒水的狀況。整體來說非常推薦！
