No vegetarian breakfast options much in comparison to the nearby places we stayed in the past, very difficult to connect to the front desk when you reach out to call them for any additional requests.

Great, exceptional.
Pros:

Great facilities, kids club is awesome, breakfast buffet is variety and very delicious (plus additional charge for kids is only rm38), room is comfortable, wide range movies available for free, staff is great!, a lot of free snacks, drinking water is available at a few area around the hotel.

No elevator at parking area

Great stay for families with kids!
