We had a great experience. The staff were very accommodating and just one call away. The location is also accessible so it's easy for us to buy outside premises if we forgot something. Great service with affordable rate

I really want to thank the front desk staff, especially Ray. Even though I’m just a guest here, he always treats me like family, cares about me, and offers me so much help. Even though my English isn’t fluent, he still patiently listens to me. I’m truly grateful for that!

The service is excellent and the room is so nice and cozy. The rate is affordable and the location is near every needed establishments.

Second stay at the property, I would stay again despite the indifference of the front desk. The service was improved from my first visit but hospitality is not a thing here. Paul at the Skydeck was the absolute best at customer service, he could teach everyone else on staff how to provide customer service, and they could use a crash course 👍

Location is great - near a tennis club and near Crossroads, which has lots of restos and cafes.

Staff is great, the service is good and their facilities are pretty decent.

Room and building feels like a serviced apart event vs. a hotel, and feels a little old. But with the location, service and facilities more than make up for it.

When we asked the front desk about a tour to Sirao flower garden at 12am at night, Ray booked it for us. When one of our friends didn’t feel good, Ray let us stay after checkout. The room was clean, and the people were nice. Although the housekeeper was a little slow at their job, it was a really great stay for the price.

The Noble Hotel in Cebu is perfect if you just want to rest from your busy work. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. You won't feel the city's busyness.
The location is perfect and accessible to malls, restaurants, and cafes.
You should try their restaurant located on the roofdeck. Enjoy a 360-degree view of the city while dining.
Definitely, I will come back and highly recommend it!
