Perfect location, staff were extremely friendly and nice. And very clean rooms!

Gorgeous property with amazing staff

Cons:

We booked for a king or two twin beds and didn’t really discuss upon check in and they didn’t ask- we originally got a king but they switched it to two twins the next night- the staff were extremely accommodating my only recommendation would be to ask before hand! Felt bad making the staff change it for only one night

A great location for a central Palma city break.
Pros:

Excellent location, lovely room. Nice roof top with plunge pool and drinks service.

Cons:

No real bar area to relax in. Staff were mixed, some excellent, others not so friendly or helpful.

Pros:

Fantastic location within palma old town really nice room with a great kingsize bed and a fantasic shower after a week on our touring bikes
