A beautiful hotel in a great location, but disappointing service, noise, and not worth the price.
Pros:

Great central location and beautiful common areas.

Cons:

Our ground-floor room was small and quite dingy, with the bathroom down a steep flight of stairs in the basement, and looked nothing like the images we had seen when booking. When we raised this, we were told that our room category included a wide variety of rooms. We asked to move and, although the hotel was full that day, said we’d happily move the following day but nobody ever got back to us.

One evening, loud music from the hotel bar and guests chatting directly outside our room continued until around 12:45am. When we asked when it would end, we were simply offered earplugs.

Service was average at best and not particularly friendly. At breakfast one morning, we were even told to get our own coffee while other guests were being served.

Mycket prisvärt och överträffade alla våra förväntningar! Charmig frukostmiljö och en exklusiv svit med tillgång till en egen terrass med både solstolar och solsäng. Servicen var hjälpsam, professionell och mycket trevlig. Rekommenderas varmt!

Pros:

The location, the interiors and the food were amazing! The rooftop cabanas were a nice touch after a day of site seeing.

Cons:

Nothing in particular not to like, although I felt some of the staff could have been a bit more helpful at times.

It was an excellent and relaxing long weekend break in a fabulous setting.
Pros:

The hotel is a beautiful old building that has been adapted to maintain its architectural and historical charm with all the modern conveniences for guests. The location of the hotel is central to seeing some of Palma’s main visitor attractions such as the cathedral. It is also close to some amazing restaurants and great shops.
Our bedroom suite was spacious with comfortable bed and seating area, plus a lovely small terrace area.
The hotel reception areas are beautifully presented. The breakfasts were fantastic and offered a wide choice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Pros:

Excellent approachable staff showing respect and patience as we practised our Spanish. Helpful and accommodating for any questions over local facilities. Very elegant shared spaces.

Cons:

Only criticism was that there was not a facility to make our own tea/coffee in the breakfast area which led to delays in waiting for staff.not a criticism
