A perfect spot in a magical city

Wunderbar. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und ist im gesamten wunderschön

Das Frühstück war super.

Cons:

In dem älteren Hotelkomplex, wie in unserem Zimmer - war das Bad sehr feucht und es roch durch die Feuchtigkeit modrig.

A beautiful hotel. I would return to it but request a bright, spacious bedroom.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located to explore both the old and new town. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Cons:

Our bedroom was small and dark. The bathroom was down steep concrete steps. It looked very different to the photos on the website. Disappointing.

Das Hotel insgesamt gut. Grosszügiges Frühstück. Ubser Zimmer enttäuschend für ein 5Sterm

Cons:

Wir waren im Zi 101. Es war dunkel und eher feucht. Ein kleines Fenster. Schlechte Bekeuchtung.
Das Badezimmer war zwar hübsch, aber im unteren Stock. In der Nacht die steinige Treppe runter ist nicht vorteilhaft.

La ubicación en el casco antiguo de a Palma.
Patio interno para desayunos muy agradable .

Pros:

Exceptional hotel and staff. We loved this hotel so much . Our room was incredible the facilities and breakfast (would recommend including this) was fantastic and the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Beautiful experience and a beautiful hotel.

Nothing- every single thing was brilliant.

Es war sehr schön nur die Lautstärke hat und massiv gestört

Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel. Das Personal höchst zuvorkommend, nett, hilfsbereit und absolut professionell. Die Lage könnte nicht zentraler sein. Das Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Das einzige Manko ist die Bar in der am Wochenende ein DJ auflegt. Somit ist es sehr laut. Wir hatten das Pech, Zimmer oberhalb der Bar bekommen zu haben.

Die Lage ist perfekt, das hotel ist seine fünf Sterne wert, das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich

Cons:

Im Zimmer bzw Suite war es an wichtigen Plätzen finster, eine Duschtüre wäre nicht schlecht, im Zimmer war es zeitweise kühl,Heizung ging scheinbar nicht,deutsch an der Rezeption wäre nicht schlecht, im Zimmer war kein guter Geruch
