Wir mochten das Hotel trotz der Kleinigkeiten.
Pros:

Wir mochten das Frühstück es gab die üblichen Frühstückskomponenten in guter Qualität. Es gab einen extra Tisch mit mallorkinischen Spezialitäten.

Cons:

Das Wasserbecken auf der Dachterasse war sehr sehr klein und sehr warm. Auch die Abluft der Küche störte an manchen Stellen der Dachterrasse. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf Höhe der Dachterrasse und der Türbereich eher hellhörig. Damit war die Lautstärke (ab und an) im Zimmer nicht Fünf Sterne angemessen.

Fantastic. Great location and very comfortable
Pros:

Authentic, modern and extremely well presented surroundings. Staff were very helpful, friendly. Had a lovely welcome and the little touch of a chocolate each night left by the housekeepers was lovely. Nice touch and greatly received was the bracelet. Breakfast is superb.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, De locatie us top 30 minuten van Lucca en 40 min van florance.

A perfect stay in Palma
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Puro. Everyone on the team was exceptionally kind, always smiling and genuinely made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious, and you can tell there’s great attention to every little detail. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and excellent quality. The location is perfect within walking distance of all the main highlights in Palma which made exploring so easy. They truly make you feel welcome and it was the perfect place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Would happily come back.

Mallorca and Puro are great. A lot could be improved with a little more effort and more erucated staff.
Pros:

Beautiful place, nice interior design, rooftop pool, sauna and gym, great food, friendly staff.

Cons:

We were required to upgrade to a suite because we were travelling with our young children, as we were told that the standard double room was not suitable for a family, despite having stayed in one last year without any issues.

As a result, we paid over €600 per night.

Unfortunately, the suite is not particularly well designed. It is essentially one large open room without any separation between the sleeping and living areas. For families with children, this means that once the children are asleep, there is nowhere else to sit without keeping the entire room dark. A proper suite should have a separate bedroom and living area.

The room is also impractical for anyone needing to work. The desk is not located near any power outlets, making it difficult to use a laptop, and the bathroom offers very little storage space for toiletries.

Mallorca is an extremely popular tourist destination, and unfortunately this is reflected in the overall service standards. Demand is so high that many hotels seem to have little incentive to provide the level of service one would expect at this price point. Services commonly found at comparable luxury hotels, such as a concierge or luggage assistance, were notably absent.

It was fine for a one night stay
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

It took so long to get into our room. No one called us like they said they would. Glad we reconfirmed our early morning taxi to get to the airport. It was never booked like they said it was.
