Un excellent séjour en famille. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette résidence et nous la recommandons sans hésitation.

Les logements sont confortables, propres et parfaitement adaptés pour des vacances en toute autonomie. L'ambiance est familiale, calme, respectueuse et très agréable.

Un grand merci à toute la direction pour la qualité de la gestion de la résidence. Nous souhaitons également féliciter la jeune femme de la réception, toujours souriante, accueillante et très professionnelle. Merci aussi aux trois réceptionnistes de nuit, toujours disponibles, polis et prêts à aider.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le café, le thé et les boissons mis gratuitement à disposition des résidents, une attention qui fait vraiment plaisir.

La piscine est propre, bien entretenue et idéale pour les familles.

L'emplacement est également un vrai point fort : à quelques minutes des commerces, de Migros, de BIM, des bazars locaux et de la plage publique de Halk Plajı.

Si vous recherchez une résidence familiale, accueillante, bien située et offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix, vous pouvez réserver en toute confiance.

Pros:

Good location. Peacefl corner just off from the main street. Many shopping centres and resturants by the main street. Public beach Halki Plaji) within 5-10 minute walk.
Very nice and clean pool at the recidence. Rooms are as good as new. Very good air conditioning and electrical window blinds.
Some missing cutlery and glasses were quicky delivered. Just do not hesitate to ask if something is bothering. The staff is very helpful!

Staff's English skills could be better ;-)

Insgesamt können wir das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Wir waren als Freundesgruppe in diesem Hotel und hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
Besonders positiv ist uns die 24/7 besetzte Rezeption und die Kameras aufgefallen. Dadurch haben wir uns nämlich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt und auch die Lage hat uns überzeugt. Mit unserem Mietwagen konnten wir viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Orte in der Umgebung problemlos erreichen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Murat Bey. Er war jederzeit aufmerksam, freundlich und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Sein Einsatz hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

Cons:

Als kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag würden wir uns wünschen, dass grundlegende Dinge wie Salz, Öl und Zucker in den Apartments vorhanden sind. Außerdem wären ein oder zwei zusätzliche Ganzkörperspiegel sinnvoll, insbesondere wenn mehrere Personen gemeinsam dort übernachten.

Prachtige appartement met heel aardig personeel!
Pros:

Prachtige appartement met hele goede service van het personeel! Echte toppers! Appartement voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen.. enorme grote slaapkamers ook bij de luxe suites..
1e dag werkte een rolluik niet en daar hebben ze meteen een monteur voor gestuurd!

Cons:

Verlichting in de badkamer mag wel wat meer is best donker en de schimmel in de kitranden mag ook wat aan gedaan worden voor de rest is de hygiëne top.

Super Urlaub gehabt, sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schöne Anlage, freundliche Personal, große helle geräumige Wohnung mit allem, was man in Urlaub braucht…

Die Straße neben Anlage sehr dreckig, Fußweg entlang liegen Müllberge die sehr stark riechen .

Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a great holiday!
Pros:

Great location, set back slightly from the strip so nice and quiet (few mins walk to the strip) where the is all kinds of shops and food places including McDonald’s within a 10 min walk.
Facilities were excellent, clean, comfortable, spacious, great air con and great wi-fi and also the pool was clean, has outside showers, toilets and a kids paddling pool.
This is a complete self catering facility (towels and bedding are provided) so you will need to take a trip to the local supermarket (Migros which is 5/10 mins walk). No other cleaning is provided, but you have a hoover, iron, dishwasher, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were brilliant, didn’t catch the names but the 2 guys that worked nights and lady that worked during the day were all exceptional and very helpful.
To summarise I would 100% book again and stay at the River Park Residence…we had an amazing time!
Had people from all backgrounds enjoying the amenities and pool, no late night parties, no loud music great environment for kids and families!

Pros:

В целом в номере было все, посуда, полотенца и тд. Посудомойка, стиральная. Чайник потек, но поменяли сразу без проблем.

Cons:

Вода в душе идет очень слабо. Лампочки работают через одну, в центре комнаты нет люстр, торчат провода. Номера уже требуют ремонта, местами что-то отваливается. Кровать скрипела до ужаса. Посуда местами побитая и сколота.
