Spacious and comfortable apartment in a great Lara location
Pros:

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a family stay. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and cooking facilities, making it suitable for longer stays. The balcony overlooking the pool was a nice feature, and the apartment received plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day.
The pool area and common areas were clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient: close to the airport, beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and all daily necessities. The area is quiet while still being close to everything Lara has to offer.

Cons:

As this is an apartment hotel, it would be very helpful to provide a small welcome kit with basic essentials such as a few dishwasher tablets, a small amount of laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, and a sponge. Guests arriving from abroad for a short stay often do not carry these items and buying full-size products is inconvenient and wasteful.
One small disappointment was communication regarding car rental services. Before arrival, I asked whether the hotel could assist with car rental arrangements and was told that no such service was available. However, upon arrival I discovered that a rental company regularly delivers and collects vehicles directly at the property. Better communication on this point would have saved time and made the arrival experience smoother.

Good for a family vocation!
Pros:

The swimming pool is great! Rooms are with good air-conditioning and kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay and I will to return here again!

Cons:

I think the breakfast was included in the price, but we were told we need to pay separately

Slept well
Pros:

Nice apartment. Definitely not so much going on in the building. Really few people when I was there. Close to restaurants and supermarkets

Cons:

Gym facilities are not the best place to be in. Bad smell, dirty and old equipment. Construction going on in the next building so it was little noisy in the daytime but didn’t bother me that much.

Het ontbijt was super dat overtreft al onze verwachtingen

Cons:

Er waren een paar kleine dingetjes kapot en er was geen plug voor in het bad dus daar kon je geen gebruik van maken en een paar afdroog doeken was ook wel fijn geweest en wat grotere glazen ook maar die hebben ze nu van ons ;) .

Nagyon jo szallas, maradtunk volna tobbet.
Pros:

Jol felszerelt, tágas, nagyon szép apartmanok. Medence es a jatszoter is szuper, a főút par perc seta ahol minden van, Mcdonalds,Migros, Bazar. Az apartman csendes, békés, biztonsagos.

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at River Park Residence. We would especially like to thank the gentleman working the night shift. He was extremely polite, kind, and always willing to help everyone with a smile. His professionalism and positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Staff members like him truly make a difference. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

Cons:

However, visitors should be aware that some taxi drivers operating around the area may quote higher fares to tourists than expected. We recommend using taxi meters or ride-hailing apps and confirming the fare before starting the trip. This is not a reflection of the residence itself, which provided excellent hospitality.

Minden nagyon szuper volt! Tiszta, tágas lakosztály, ingyenes kávé, tea, gyümölcslé. Kedves, udvarias személyzet! Köszönjük szépen!

Talán a piperecikk, nem volt sampon, csak kézmosó folyadék.

The pool is very relaxing. There is also a small pool for toddlers. The apartment is very big.

Pros:

The apartment was lovely, spacious, and very comfortable - a great place to comeback after exploring the whole day. The staff were also very welcoming, and Mourad in particular was really friendly and funny, which made the experience nice.

Cons:

That said, we were a little disappointed that some basic amenities were not provided. Items such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and simple kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, oil would have been appreciated, especially for a holiday apartment, as these are usually included in places we’ve stayed before.
We were also quite disappointed that the pool was still under maintenance. When we booked, the website stated it would reopen on 1st May, and since we were leaving the following day, we had hoped to make use of it during our stay.
Overall, we would still recommend the property because it was a pleasant stay, but it’s worth keeping these points in mind before booking.
