A nice well-located hotel
Pros:

The selection of fruits and other foods. Breads and cakes were good too.

Cons:

It didn't have milk without lactose. For me, the selection of food was more than enough (with one exception, see my previous sentence).

Cons:

Restaurante poco amable las funcionarias. Mi hijo de 10 años solicitaba ayuda para servirse leche o alimentos calientes y no era atendido.

El trato con la persona en recepción que trabajo Viernes y Sábado fue muy desagradable, hablaba con monosílabos y siquiera parecía interesado en trabajar.
El buffet si bien lo que disponía estaba bueno, por el precio a pagar decepciona la falta de variedad
El aire acondicionado de la habitación era un desastre, está descalibrado y casi no funcionaba el botón de encendido/apagado
La ducha no dispone de acondicionador.
La cartola referente a la televisión promete canales internacionales pero no está siquiera conectada a Internet. Sólo disponía de canales nacionales y 16 variaciones de Disney Channel, que, por cierto, están en una calidad malísima
