Pros:

Только местоположение

Cons:

Бронировала 3 одинаковых номера, в итоге заселили на 1 этаже на 1 из номеров
В номере в котором свет нужно включать и выключать в щитке самостоятельно
Сказать что я в шоке, ничего не сказать
При этом даже не извинились
Уборка была один раз и то, когда попросила
Не убирали даже мусор, не меняли полотенца

Notre séjour au Seatown Hotel à Kaş a été extrêmement décevant, aussi bien au niveau de l’accueil que de la propreté, de la chambre et du service.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été très désagréable. Le réceptionniste était au téléphone et, lorsque je lui ai simplement dit bonjour en entrant, il m’a fait signe de me taire avec son doigt. Pour un premier contact avec des clients, j’ai trouvé cette attitude particulièrement impolie et déplacée.

Le problème du parking a également été une très mauvaise expérience. L’établissement annonce disposer d’un parking. Nous avons demandé où nous pouvions nous garer et, au lieu de nous aider réellement, le réceptionniste nous a simplement indiqué de partir « à droite puis à gauche », pour finalement nous envoyer vers un parking situé très loin de l’hôtel, avec clairement une attitude de type « débrouillez-vous ».

Comme nous ne trouvions pas de place, nous lui avons demandé de l’aide. Il nous a alors assuré qu’il allait libérer une place devant l’hôtel pour nous. Lorsque nous sommes finalement revenus pour nous garer, nous avons constaté qu’il avait donné cette place à d’autres clients de l’hôtel. Lorsque je lui ai fait remarquer que nous étions nous aussi des clients de l’hôtel, il a simplement levé les yeux au ciel, avec une attitude extrêmement désagréable, et nous a répondu : « Ce sont des clients de l’hôtel. »

Au final, c’est moi-même qui ai dû enlever les plots placés devant l’hôtel afin de pouvoir nous garer. Nous avons vraiment eu le sentiment d’être laissés à nous-mêmes alors que nous étions pourtant des clients de l’établissement.

Concernant la chambre, les photos présentées sur le site ne correspondaient absolument pas à la réalité. La chambre était extrêmement petite. Il était impossible d’ouvrir correctement nos valises : nous étions obligés de les poser sur les lits, faute d’espace, ce qui est loin d’être pratique ou hygiénique.

All great, except breakfast. Something is always mossing: eggs, coffee, tomatoes.
İ wish it could be more pricey but the breakfast is better, pay for turkish coffee 150 TL, 250 TL for omlette it is crazy.

Great for short stay
Pros:

The location is perfect: up to five minutes walk to great beach clubs, coffee shops, takeaways, restaurants, etc. Kaş itself is very small but this property is located in a perfect place. It is also very quiet even though it was only 2 minutes away from the city center with vivid night life.

Cons:

The room was called “deluxe” but it was so small and poorly designed that we would leave the hotel right after breakfast and get back at night just to sleep.

Breakfast was very unbalanced: too much sweat stuff like jams or honey, and very few options to make a high protein or low carb plate. The fruits tasted amazing though.
