Pros:

A localização é um pouco estratégica pois fica próximo do Recife antigo e da vida noturna.

Cons:

Hotel péssimo, elevador péssimo, quarto péssimo, televisão não funciona, box não tinha cortina molhando todo o banheiro, não tinha ducha higiênica, ar condicionado é de parede fazendo barulho.

Icônico Hotel

Hotel icônico, dá uma sensação de como era antigamente . Vista da cidade na varanda do quarto é sensacional.

Cons:

Da recepção do check-in, funcionária estava atendendo a proprietária do hotel pelo telefone e apesar de ter dito 2 vezes que ia fazer o check-in do cliente, a proprietária não encerrava a conversa. Demorou mais de 10 minutos na conversa.
Também tinha um vazamento na pia do banheiro. Café da manhã meio fraco.

The reception specialist Aleksandra was very friendly and easy to cooperate. She let us access to the appropriate facilities. I must mention another employee Rosalinda who was also attentive to us and friendly.

Cons:

- the air conditioner was noisy as a helicopter;
- it was dangerous to take a shower - risk of electric shock;
- bed sheets were not clean;
- the reception specialist Vanessa was cold;
- extra payments for conditioner and refrigerator.

Não gostei das instalações, não gostei do quarto que tinha cheiro de retorno do esgoto e não gostei do café da manhã que não tem como classificar como café de hotel. Péssimo.

Pros:

O carinho e a atenção das atendentes! A força das mulheres na luta pela preservação do patrimônio histórico de Recife! O café da manhã é bom e variado.
