Lovely area
Pros:

The area was great, and seemed to be a good location close to many tourist places, as well as a good local matcha tea stall. The room was big and spacious, as we got a family room. The hotel had all you needed during your stay. Staff were lovely, friendly, and very helpful.

Cons:

Dinner closes a little early; other than that, it's a great place to stay.

Lovely place to stay in Kyoto
Pros:

Very well located, great breakfast, lovely rooms. Really enjoyed the stay here and would definitely go back there if I ever visited Kyoto again.

Not much to say here, simply some staff members at the reception are more kind and helpful than others.
