A home far away, but there’s always a room for improvement
Pros:

We have been regular guests at Ra Suites Simatupang since early 2024 when we attended my best friend’s daughter’s wedding.

The location is perfect for us, close to my siblings, coach travels to Bandung and it has easy access to great F&B places.

But, the most important thing is a very nice and helpful staffs who are ready to help at anytime. I’m very grateful to knowing Rebecca. She’s very attentive and walking extra mile to accommodate us.

However, there’s always room for improvement. Sometimes we saw overflowing trash bins at the common areas at the room corridors. It didn’t look good. Also, maybe it’s time to refurbish the room.

Must visit hotel!
Pros:

Stayed a week ago for a short getaway, but it turned out we extended our stay for 2 more days. Shoutout to all Front Office team who took care of my request with engaging service, especially Ms. Rebecca, who gave us an experience that was worth every penny. She was there with us through the check-in and check-out process, and especially during our stay.

Pros:

My husband and I only stay at this hotel every time we are in Jakarta for the last 4 years, the service is second to none. From the drivers through to the CEO all are friendly and very hospitable, they can’t do enough for you. Rebecca Natasha, Fio to mention but a few and ALL of them are first class, Pak Angkoso, the CEO, is always there in the hotel to oversee the smooth running of the hotel. He trains them well. It’s an absolute pleasure to stay in this hotel.

Pros:

I like this hotel as my stay during Jakarta visit. this was the 3rd times and I will come back again. the best staff and the best location.

Cons:

Nothing special I can say, just one minor maybe, the quality of food is okay, especially in Sam&Fat, but in the Layan, lots of room for improvement.

Overall Good stay
Pros:

What really stood out at RA Suites was the service.
Housekeeping kept the suite spotless every day, and anytime we called reception they responded fast. You can tell the team actually cares about guests having a good stay.

Especially Ms. Okta at Pool area restaurant was very good and polite at serving.

Big thanks to the front desk and housekeeping team — you made our trip to Jakarta so much easier. Will definitely come back because of you.

Convenient, some limitations
Pros:

Close to metro, large and varied facilities. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Floor layouts odd. Food and beverage options poor and very overpriced. Surrounded by main roads (although no noise actually inside rooms). Overpriced for the area.
