We spent two joyous and relaxing weeks at Gaia by the Sea. The room was decorated tastefully, and the thermally heated pool a lovely option. The beach area, too, was well-designed and comfortable, the sea crystal clear and inviting.
We'd like to express particular thanks to Mert, Zeynep, Djibril and Bariş, but should also stress that every member of staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great holiday.
We ate once at Ritũel, which was first-class, both in food terms and in its waterside location. Mert helped us to design a two-day trip to Efes and Pamukkale, with Baruk as the driver. It was an experience we would very much recommend to other potential visitors!
In summary: excellent in all respects!
The property had a lovely, calm private beach area which we really appreciated with our two little doggies. Great for swimming as it was always very calm! The staff were very welcoming with our little dogs :)
The breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed spending our slow mornings eating and drinking before heading to the beach area.
We really appreciate the small, boutique feeling of the hotel and overall vibe.
The staff were always happy to help with recommendations and booking taxis.
The cleaning service was fantastic!!
Design and ambiance was good.
Maintenance in general wasn’t the best. Also the landscaping was poorly maintained.

Posizione tranquilla..
L’acqua della piscina, seppur termale, è davvero troppo calda a mio avviso. Abbiamo chiesto di raffreddarla un pochino, ma si sporcava. Il personale provvedeva a fare le pulizie mentre eravamo a colazione e quando tornavamo non potevamo entrare in stanza… le pulizie si fanno quando gli ospiti escono nel corso della giornata nel resto del mondo!!! La colazione non offre quasi nulla di dolce ed è difficile per chi non ama il salato mangiare qualcosa, alcune proposte nel menù non erano disponibili (patate su avocado toast, croissant etc…), ci è stato proposto di assaggiare un cornetto tipico turco, ma non ci è stato mai servito.
Wir haben zum Frühstück etwas Abwechslung erwartet, es gab jeden Tag das Gleiche.
Absolutely beautiful hotel! The kind of place that makes you wish you could stay forever and never leave. Everything was perfect, from the stunning atmosphere to the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful, their hospitality was truly beyond words. I would 100% come back!

La plage était très belle, personnel amical.
Petit-déjeuner : le même tous les jours, pas de variété, pas de buffet. Les boissons sont en supplément (à part le café et l’eau). Autre exemple : le sucuk, si vous voulez l’ajouter dans l’omelette, c’est payant.
Room service : il n’y en a pas.
Chasse d’eau des toilettes : elle ne fonctionnait pas toujours correctement.
Carte à la plage : très limitée et hors de prix. Une assiette de 4 fromages locaux à 70€ !
Emplacement : trop loin du centre. Les taxis que l’hôtel nous appelait n’étaient pas toujours honnêtes…
Communication : compliqué de s’exprimer en anglais, la majorité du personnel ne parlant pas anglais.
Honnêtement mention spéciale ou personnelle et surtout à Djibril un amour adorable et aussi à Zineb
Notre séjour dans cet hôtel s’est très bien passé, la plage est super et les chambres sont très charmante !
Mention spéciale à Djibril qui s’est merveilleusement bien occupé de nous. Je le souligne car je n’ai jamais vu quelqu’un d’aussi gentil, serviable et à l’écoute.
