Minimalist space
Pros:

The staff, Abigail and David, were so friendly here and definitely helped to boost our rating of Ventura. It’s a clean, small, minimalist hotel right across the street from Playa Carmen, a grocery store and a laundry mat. There is a shared seating area at the front and back that we appreciated since the rooms are quite small.

Cons:

The shower leaked a bit and there was a smell of chemicals in the room. I think they were fixing this though, so you could ask before booking.

not worth the money - noisy road and dark room
Pros:

Central location, comfy beds

Cons:

The location is near busy road, I requested a quiet room in advance and they put me in a room closest to the busy road, although I asked for a different room on arrival (again). The rooms are dark and small and the pool is a joke, its tiny and not very clean, i would not recommend staying as there is so many other excellent and better value / quality options in Santa Teresa.

Súper bonito
Pros:

Alojamiento muy bonito, con personal amable, muy cerca del mar. Cuenta con piscina y aire acondicionado, lo que hace la estancia muy cómoda.

Cons:

Como puntos a considerar, no dispone de cocina compartida y está ubicado junto a la carretera principal, por lo que puede haber bastante ruido.

Excelente hotel, personal muy agradable y habitaciones perfectas y limpias.
Pros:

La ubicación perfecta, a pocos metros de la playa y con opción de caminar por el pueblo, muy cerca de supermercados, hay un Megasuper al frente y de buenos restaurantes como The Bakery y de otro muy bueno Tacos Corner, excelente precio y calidad.

Cons:

Solo una cosa no me gusto, el parqueo, podrían pensar en hacer techo para estacionar pues hay árboles con mangos muy grandes, el día que llegué había un carro con el parabrisas quebrado. Me solucionaron rápido dándome un lugar específico donde no había problema con los mangos y eso me tranquilizó. Todo lo demás perfecto, este problema es por supuesto solo en tiempo de cosecha.
