Ubicación, la vista de la terraza, la habitación es cómoda

Cons:

Hubo un empleado muy maleducado que nos increpó en el ascensor. Estábamos bajando con mi novio del restaurant hablando entre nosotros, el se sube al ascensor, se mete en nuestra conversación de una forma desagradable y prepotente. Nos molesto bastante su actitud, muy irrespetuoso.

Una estancia agradable en una excelente ubicación.
Pros:

El confort de las habitaciones, amplias y con excelente vista al igual que la ubicación frente a la Plaza Moreno y la Catedral, el lugar donde se desayuna en el piso 12 extraordinaria vista también. El desayuno correcto sin llegar a ser sobresaliente

Cons:

No se podía regular la calefacción desde la habitación , había que llamar a la recepción para prenderla, si bien respondían inmediatamente. Me cobraron un extra por el parking que pertenece al hotel.
