Pros:

The staff is very considerate and helpful.
The facilities are nice. The gym is small, but very well equipped.
The karaoke is excellent!

Cons:

The closest convenience store is 1 km away (which is really weird in Thailand: The land of 7-Elevens).
The food in the restaurant is hit and miss. Some really good, some really bad, but regardless, the delivery is very slow.

Pros:

The pool was amazing and lots of good amenities as well as gym. Also the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very nice as well.

Cons:

The first room had a very bad smell and also some mold in the fridge. But they did allow me to change rooms. I was disappointed in the breakfast as well because it was supposed to be “wonderful” rating. I would put it at “ok” it didn’t have many options.

Excellent hôtel pour séjourner sur Chum Pae
Pros:

Bel hôtel avec chambres spacieuses et bien équipées
La piscine est super et le Skybar offre d’excellents cocktails avec une bonne équipe.
Depuis l’an dernier, le petit-déjeuner s est amélioré .
Les employés sont très à l’écoute et très professionnels

Not the most comfortable beds or rooms. Large hotel, nice staff, with gym and swimming pool.
Pros:

It was good to have a gym to use. Breakfast was not bad and good coffee. Staff were nice and rooms are not bad. Central location is good.

Cons:

I think the bedding could really improve. Pillows especially. Air con is through the ceiling rather than newer white air con units. I am a very fussy sleeper but literally slept ok one night out of fifteen nights. A shame as bar not sleeping I was happy with the hotel. I pay more than I do in Pattaya so it is expensive at £37 a night. Improve the bedding and pillows. A bit more hot food at breakfast. Baked beans. More bread options or cereal.

Pros:

Staff, attentive, fitness/gym good size. Bed ok.

Cons:

Drapes need to be closed rooms facing the sun, took 4 hrs for room to cool down. Toilet seat bolts rusted off so had to hold seat to use.
