Un día malo y otro bueno

La infraestructura, el lugar es hermoso

Cons:

La habitación del primer día, colchón demasiado duro y sin aire acondicionado. La cama muy pequeña. La recepcionista me invitó a irme a otro lugar a la 1 de la madrugada que llegué y me parece una gran falta de respeto. El baño estaba malogrado y el agua discurria toda la noche y hacía un ruido incómodo, además del hecho de que se desperdicia el agua. Las camas matrimoniales deben ser más grandes y mejores colchones. En la segunda habitación sí estaba mejor el tema del baño y el aire.

Lo único rescatable de toda la experiencia fue la vista, la piscina y las plantas del lugar, nada más que eso.

Cons:

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue bastante mala. Las habitaciones se sentían descuidadas, con arena en los rincones, mal olor y duchas incómodas y desgastadas; además, las cortinas hacían que toda el agua salpicara hacia afuera.
La comida, especialmente la cena, estuvo muy lejos del sabor peruano, bastante insípida. En el buffet tampoco hubo buena atención; ni siquiera saludaban a los clientes.
Lo único rescatable fue uno de los garzones, muy atento y amable. Además, no cambiaban las toallas diariamente y las sábanas apenas las acomodaban. Al reclamar, no daban soluciones.

The place is fantastic—spacious, comfortable rooms with air conditioning, all overlooking the pool. It’s the perfect spot to cool off after a full day of activities, and starting the morning with a refreshing swim before check-out was a great touch. They also offer a buffet breakfast and free parking in a secure area, which adds a lot of convenience. The location is about a 20-minute drive from Huacachina, making it ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet stay while still being close to everything. We will defo return!

Cons:

Breakfast was decent, though a bit limited, and service felt somewhat stretched with only two staff members attending to many guests. The pillows were quite thick, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the bathroom had a permanently open window that let mosquitoes in; adding a net would really help improve comfort and ensure a more restful night.
