A truly luxurious hotel!
Pros:

Very well maintained and new property. The breakfast spread is very good. Rooms are very spacious and the location is very central.

Good, with surprising teething problems every time I visit, which ruins the experience.

Food was above average (not the usual fantastic food associated with ITC)
Clean, spacious room
After my last times experience, I did not order any room service, so cannot comment on that.

Cons:

I had made a booking for 4.30pm at the Saloon for a hair-cut. I was promptly at the Saloon at my designated time. It was a large room with a prominent Salon sign, and I walked in, and it was completely empty. I waited 10 min, no one showed up, and then looked for a hotel phone. Could not find one. So I called the front desk through my cell phone and made them aware. They connected me to the Salon, who lied to me that they were at the Salon. I hung up, and a woman walked to me from the Spa. Zero apologies, and she gaslights me saying that I was supposed to walk all the way to the Spa (in a completely different direction) and check for the Salon employees there!! I found this extremely odd.. and ridiculous. By then it was too late for me, and I left without getting my hair-cut. A very poor reflection of how the hotel is managed. My time was wasted. There are many such teething problems with this hotel, even the last time I visited.

Mind blowing experience.
Pros:

My visit was truly memorable, made exceptional by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. A special mention to Moumita at the reception, whose warm greeting and seamless check-in set a wonderful tone right from the start. Pankaj at the bell desk was equally fantastic—attentive, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. Dining at Peshwari was the highlight of our experience, largely thanks to Anupam. His service was flawless—attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable with dish recommendations that made our meal extraordinary.
Kudos to the entire team for delivering world-class hospitality. We look forward to returning soon.

Pros:

The location is centre of the city so very good for connectivity, rooms are specious cosy and clean, Food is very much delicious and very attentive staff from all department, Anupam from Peshwari is very knowledgeable and survey us very good food, Kamal and Moumita from reception is very helpful provide us smooth check in and check out experience. Special thanks to MOUMITA for providing us very good Hospitality.
