Connecting rooms were great, sizable, modern, clean. Kids facilities very good, restaurants and Oasis lounge was great experience to allow non club guests to add on.
Restaurants were very expensive and hard to book due to the number of guests. Considering price of rooms, having to pay extra for car park was not good experience.

ホテルの中にある山楽って蕎麦屋さんのスタッフの接客が酷かった。目の前にお客さんがいてもいっらしゃいませとも言わず目があっても無視。ただ1人の女の人を除いて。

De middelste zwembad is alleen gereserveerd voor gasten die in een suite verbleven. Dit was ons niet bekend gemaakt bij het boeken van de kamer.
It is a nice/new hotel and the decor and ambiance is very nice. The pools are amazing and it is right along the beach. Breakfast/lunch buffets were also very good.
Throughout our stay, they did not allow people to swim on the beach even though it is netted. The pools close a bit early unless you pay extra to go into the center pool (very expensive), and there is not much to do in the area unless you have a car.

I don’t even know where to start, but I suppose I’ll begin with the obvious.
It’s a 5-star hotel, yet if you want a drink of water on the beach or by the pool, you have to go to a vending machine or the hotel shop. There’s no beach or pool bar. Forget about snacks – buy some from the shop and take them with you. There are simply no room service in a 5-star hotel. If you don’t buy lunch at the hotel, forget about having anything for dinner apart from nuts and crisps from the hotel shop. You have to ring and book an à la carte dinner as early as 2 pm, because after that there’ll be no tables left and you won’t get anything for dinner either (apart from nuts, crisps and instant noodles from the hotel shop). Thank god for uber eats, but the waiting time can sometimes be as long as 80 minutes. At first glance, the room looked clean, but then I found someone else’s hair clip on the floor, as well as spilled coffee under the coffee machine. On the last day, there weren’t any free sun beds by the pool; I asked the staff to bring two more and was told they would do so – but I waited all day and nothing happened. I suspect they didn’t understand my request, even though I’d translated it into Japanese using google translate. Staff are everywhere, watching you every couple of metres. You feel like you’re in prison, not on holiday.
There’s absolutely no communication with the guests. There was a note under the door saying that, due to the typhoon, towels wouldn’t be changed, and if I wanted anything, I had to go to reception and fetch it myself.
I found out more about the typhoon on my own from Japanese websites than from the hotel staff, who couldn’t even tell me where to get beach towels. I’ve never experienced such appallingly poor customer service in my life. I get the impression that the hotel owner has never stayed at a 5-star resort but had the delusion that he could run 1
The beach is ok, but there are sharp stones in the water; get yourself some swimming shoes.

The pool and beach were great but was here during a typhoon so limited use. Breakfast was great. Not too far from the airport Rooms were a good size with lovely view.
Restrauants closed by 2200 but thereand there was a shop.
