Pros:

Вже другий рік тут зупиняємся і кожного разу кажу, що це найкраще місце в цьому регіоні. Просторі пляжі, приємний персонал, смачні різноманітні сніданки, чистота, сучасні номери, вид з номерів. Кому заважає музика можна зняти апартаменти, вони трохи в стороні від готелю.

Schöne Lage, aber leider eine grosse Enttäuschung, Preis-Leistung und Service stimmt überhaupt nicht.

Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und die Lage direkt am Meer ist natürlich ein grosser Pluspunkt. Der öffentliche Strand vor dem Hotel ist zwar klein und schnell voll, aber das Wasser ist sauber und sehr klar. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Strandbar neben dem Hotel, das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal dort freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt insgesamt einen sehr enttäuschenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Besonders der Service entspricht überhaupt nicht dem Niveau, welches man bei den Preisen erwarten würde.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir nicht begrüsst und erhielten keinerlei Erklärung zum Hotel, Parkplatz, Frühstück, Strandliegen oder allgemeinen Abläufen. Uns wurde lediglich ein Couvert mit Informationen in die Hand gedrückt, den Rest mussten wir selbst herausfinden. Es wirkte, als ob wir ungebetene Gäste sind.

Besonders negativ in Erinnerung bleibt uns die Dame mit blonden Haaren an der Rezeption. Beim Tausch der Strandtücher fragten wir höflich nach einem zweiten Handtuch, da die vorhandenen Tücher sehr klein sind und man sich am heissen Strand kaum darauf legen kann. Wir hatten gesehen, dass mehrere andere Gäste mehrere Tücher hatten und wollten lediglich nachfragen. Die Reaktion war jedoch völlig unangemessen: Statt freundlich zu erklären, dass dies nicht möglich sei, wurde uns aggressiv und unprofessionell begegnet. Man kann eine Regel auch respektvoll kommunizieren - diese Art der Behandlung war für uns absolut nicht akzeptabel. Zumal die anderen Gäste auch an den anderen Tagen mehrere Tüchter hatten. Gleichberechtigung nicht vorhanden.

Auch beim Auschecken dieselbe Erfahrung mit der Dame: kein Hallo, keine Nachfrage nach unserem Aufenthalt, kein Dankeschön oder Verabschiedung, lediglich wortlos die Rechnung überreicht. Zusätzlich wurden Gebühren verlangt, die wir bereits über „Booking.com“ bezahlt hatten. Obwohl wir die Bestätigung vorzeigen konnten, wurde dies nicht akzeptiert und wir wurden darauf verwiesen, es mit Booking zu klären. Da eine normale Kommunikation mit der Dame leider nicht möglich war, bezahlten wir erneut.

Die Parksituation ist aufgrund der sehr engen Parkplätze schwierig. Zudem herrscht im Hotel eine starke „sehen und gesehen werden“ - Atmosphäre.

Ein wirklich gehobenes Wellnesshotel egal ob für jung oder alt! Wirklich zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich (vor allem die blonde Rezeptionistin mit Brille die auch deutsch spricht - sehr sehr freundlich und sympathisch); E-Ladestation vorhanden und man durfte kostenlos laden; das Studio mit Meerblick… einfach traumhaft der Ausblick; auch die Einrichtung vom gesamten Hotel… einfach gut durchdacht, modern und wirklich sehr schön; das Frühstück war echt der Wahnsinn… so viel Auswahl egal ob süß oder pikant - für jeden ist bestimmt was dabei ( so viel kann man gar nicht essen); der Strand ist schön mit Kieselsteinen angelegt und das Wasser wirklich sauber; auch der Lift ist vorteilhaft (mit Parkdeck sind es doch 5 Stockwerke); jeden Abend durften wir die benützten Badetücher fürn Pool/Strand kostenfrei wechseln; die Bar bzw Restaurant zaubern echt ein tolles Essen; wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen oder auch Freunden empfehlen!

Cons:

Wenige Liegen am Pool; der Pool war etwas kalt; dass die Strandliegen extra kosten, finde ich bei dem Preis nicht so toll;

A perfect place to relax with exceptional staff, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality.
Pros:

A beautiful place for a relaxing holiday. The staff were the highlight of our stay – incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and excellent quality. During the FIFA Club World Cup, the hotel even arranged for guests to watch the matches in the garden, which created a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Pros:

Fantastiskt vackert läge. Fin strand precis utanför. Frukosten utmärkt. Middagen på hotellet kunde varit bättre. Personalen otroligt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Pool och spaområdet fint och bra.

Cons:

Ena dagen togs alla solstolar av ett större sällskap som betalade för alla stolar tidigt på morgonen utan att någon annan fick en chans till det och de kom själva inte ner till stranden förrän flera timmar efter alla andra. Personalen beklagade men kunde inte mkt göra.

Cons:
