Pros:

Its close to the tram and almost all attractions. Staff was AMAZING.

Good experience at Okda hotel - recommend
Pros:

The staff were so nice.
Nearby stores are cheaper than the center also.
Close to the lower side of the sea, not hard to reach other locations but u need to walk.
Close to restaurants and supermarkets.
Close to transport.

Cons:

Location feels far and the street made us feel worried, "but it's just feeling the first time, and no one harassed us", and nearby stores owners were nice and friendly.
The rooms weren't very comfy, the first room had many issues and was so small, so the staff gave me a bigger room (which i really appreciate it) which was comfy, however my gf told me she's smelling bad smell coming from the bed background, also the bed sheets weren't changed regularly (maybe we need to ask for it), however the floor and towel were cleaned everyday when we put our request on the door.
The building also felt old, for the price, it's ok.
Most of the nights there were a lot of noise idk where was it coming from unfortunately, my sleep is very light, any noise wake me up.

With all these negative points, i still strongly recommend the hotel.

Ne-am simțit excelent, in siguranță. Confort si curățenie.
Cons:

Intr- o seară au venit niște români si au făcut mult prea multă gălăgie până noaptea târziu. Fiind perete in perete cu ei, s-a auzit foarte tare si a fost deranjant, dar asta nu ține de proprietate.

Pros:

Много сме доволни от престоя си в Okda Hotel. Стаята беше чиста, уютна и удобна, а хотелът е на много добра локация за разглеждане на Истанбул. Особено ни впечатли любезният и отзивчив персонал, винаги усмихнати и готови да помогнат. Хареса ни и наличието на балкон и приятната атмосфера на хотела. Като цяло получихме много добро съотношение между цена и качество и бихме отседнали отново!

Cons:

Единственият минус за нас беше паркирането. Пред хотела има само 3 безплатни паркоместа и ако са заети, се налага да се използва платен паркинг в съседната улица, който струва около 5 евро на ден. Като цяло това не беше голям проблем, но би било добре хотелът да разполага с повече паркоместа.

I enjoy everyday
Pros:

Breakfast is optional, but you don't have time for in hotel. Is very easy go down and around you will see lot places and with nice view or nice enviroment for have very awsome breakfast. Small hotel, but very cozy, confortable and simple also very clean. Personal was very kind, helpfully and wonderful. Is like home , almost. I am very glad, to come back again

Schoon, comfortabel en vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Zeer schoon en comfortabel hotel met vriendelijk personeel en een goede prijs. Ongeveer 16 minuten van het station. Zeker een aanrader. Speciale dank aan Amira voor de geweldige schoonmaak.

Thank you this is my second stay at the hotel and it was great cleanliness 10/10 the air conditioning is excellent and the price is reasonable special thanks to the person who cleans and arranges the rooms he is wonderful I highly recommend this hotel and don’t worry about the 18 minute walk to the train station there are also many restaurants on this street
