Horrible
Cons:

Terrible service and a truly horrific experience. They cancelled my reservation at the very last minute with zero consideration. I called the ooffice number repeatedly to confirm my arrival time,and they never answer the phone.
By leaving me without a reservation. They completely stranded me. I had to search for another hotel in Ensenada at the last minute , but unforturnately, absolutly nothing was available. Because of their total lack of professionalism. I had to drive all the way back to San Diego and wait in line at the border for 5 long hours.
It is completely unacceptable to treat customers this way. I would never return to this place and I strogly advise everyone to avoid it. Save yourself a headeche and book somewhere reliable.

Bonita experiencia
Pros:

El concepto del hotel boutique me encantó, las recamaras les falta un poquito de mantenimiento en pequeñas cosas pero muy comodas

Cons:

Creo que el estacionamiento es lo que menos me gustó por lo desnivelado pero aun así es agradable tener un lugar para guardar el auto.

The parking lot needs a little improvement, but it is very safe.

Good at the beginning and no so good the last 3 days…
Pros:

Location and at the beginning all was good with the exception the last 3 day that the Hotel lost the hot water and on the last day the clean person left the door open and only left one towel in the bath…

Cons:

The parking area doesn’t have cement or pavement, which cause to have your shoes all dirty..
0n the bath on the shower the floor is very unsafe and with some soap you can felt down, which happen to me..

Alright I guess..
Pros:

Very clean and nice

Cons:

The bathroom door didn’t fully close, it need maintenance all around, the bed was quite uncomfortable and very noisy

Nice place
Pros:

It’s a nice room but we first found hair on the bed to much!
Sheets didn’t look clean they did give us a new room fruit in the morning had hair on it also
Toilet didn’t work water stopped
Shower was cold staff was very nice
