Pude descansar pero la habitación es muy pequeña y su baño también, a pensar que soy una mujer delgada me sentí un poco sin espacio, baño estaba un poco sucio así que pedí que porfavor lavaran bien para sentirme más agusto

Bed sheets were not for the size of the bed. So every morning I woke up on a bare mattress. Room barely fitted the bed, meaning the entrance door was at times touching the bed.
Before the stay, I was asked to prepay the room with some link that I couldn’t use , because I didn’t have Colombian banking application , even it is guaranteed by booking. So daily I received message with a threat that my booking will be cancelled if I don’t pay. My messages were not replied, only standard demands to prepay the room.
Level of comfort is close to zero, super cold, no place to warm the water. They give you the key, but you have to return it every time when you leave the property. Why give me the keys in the first place?

Excelente lugar, respecto precio calidad, tiene lo necesario, lugar privado para descansar muy limpio, cómodo.
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal excepcional, además la ubicación es muy buena, es cerca al centro de la ciudad, cercana a un alkosto, a la plaza, al desfile del carnaval. Y es muy silencioso y tranquilo en las noches. Muy limpio y ordenado.

Bien localisé pour être près du centre pour le carnaval, le bus et l'eau chaude

Chambre avec fenêtre qui donne dans le couloir et dès que quelqu'un passe la lumière s'allume donc impossible de dormir entre la lumière et le bruit
