Too modern for me
Pros:

The hotel is pretty new and is modern.

Cons:

There is no human at night at the front desk. Too much technology as one has to do all the check in things yourself.
We had a large suite but space was wasted and the base of the beds was on a platform which made it really uncomfortable to get on and off. Kitchen also is not a full kitchen

Pros:

整體而言我很滿意。地點很好，靠近車站和主要景點，交通十分便利。床很舒服，設施也很新，服務人員親切，而且可以用英文溝通。

Cons:

不過，浴室沒有乾濕分離，在隱私方面也讓人有些在意。另外，浴室的屏風不太好使用，廚具和餐具如果能再更齊全一些，整體體驗會更好。

Lovely, bright, modern hotel, with friendly and helpful staff to spend one night at the start of our Hokkaido road trip.
Pros:

Modern bright room. Good shower pressure and temperature. Keyless entry. Space to have suitcases open.

Cons:

There was a bad smell in the lobby. I think it was from cleaning products but it smelled like cheap aftershave.

Pros:

Location was good, near the Hakodate market. We travel with a toddler, and the amenities provided in the room were just exactly what we needed. There was a separate sink which allow us to wash milk bottles, baby utensils. They also provide simple tools like scissors. The room was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. This is our favorite hotel of the entire trip, and we regret not realizing there is a FAV in Sapporo! Would have definitely gone for it.

Highly recommended modern hotel in Hakodate
Pros:

A very well located modern hotel. Next to JR train station and 1 min walk to the morning market. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room is very clean and spacious. We had a little kitchenette with microwave and hotplate.

Dont forget to get coffee from the cafe and bar at the reception. The coffee is yummy.

Cons:

We stayed 2 nights. No cleaning, only change of towels and trash bags but we have to leave the dirty ones on the floor behind the door. It is strange to receive clean towels on the floor even if they r in a bag

Pros:

兼具設計感及舒適度的旅店，房間不大，但機能俱全，備品和設施都是品質較佳的，隔日早餐選擇雖不多（pizza or yogurt)但份量足夠，也非常美味。
人員服務親切，說明清晰。

Cons:

洗衣機使用狀況只能到現場看，如果能在房間確認就太棒了！

Nice modern place but not high end
Pros:

Spacious room, decently clean, lots of natural light in the room

Cons:

The bottom beds were worn out and soft. Sofa and carpet in the room did not feel the cleanest. Window views were not great, but good to have natural light.

Loved room layout but surprised by do-it-yourself nature of some services
Pros:

Our family of 3 adults really liked the spacious layout of our room which had 2 bunk beds and 2 full-sized beds, open shelves for storage, and bathroom storage for toiletries so that we were not living out of suitcases for our time there. Also plenty of outlets to charge devices, battery packs, and handheld fans. The location was convenient as it was across the street from the Hakodate morning market and a few minutes walk to the main train station. We also used the Yamato takkyubin service that was a 4-min walk away.

Cons:

I was surprised that the hotel did not receive or send luggage between hotels as that was the main advantage of a hotel over an Airbnb for us. We learned this after we booked Fav Hakodate and I inquired about takkyubin. Fortunately, there were 2 nearby Yamato luggage transfer offices within walking distance. Also, it was challenging to make concierge reservations for restaurants or an appointment for a men's haircut as some businesses require Japanese language proficiency (read/write), which is tough for most visitors and perhaps is a reaction to overtourism by favoring residents (we sympathize). Apparently, past tourists did not show up for reservations so 3 of our hotels in Hokkaido declined making dinner reservations on our behalf for that reason. Otherwise, the front desk staff was friendly and tried to help as much as they could (one called a salon for us, but they informed her we must be able to communicate in Japanese). This is not a criticism of the hotel but to set expectations for future guests who might depend on concierge-made reservations.
