Great location. Comfortable, large room. Very clean.
Pros:

Great location one block from morning fish market and a few blocks from the train station. Very comfortable beds, and great layout of room. Very comfortable for 3 adults and one teenager. Very clean. Room was a great size and well laid out -- more larger than most Japanese rooms.

Cons:

The breakfast was underwhelming. Would not pay for it again.

Pros:

I love that the property was HUGE! Finally, a room in Japan where we could fit two luggages wide open on the floor and still have enough room to walk around. I also love that parking was free, saved a lot of money. Property was also centrally located - a stone’ throw away to the famous market.

Cons:

The staff were not very friendly

Comfortable family room near Hakodate Station
Pros:

We spent one night in fav Hakodate as we were getting the Shinkansen south the next morning. Its only a few minutes walk to Hakodate Station from where one can get a local train to Shin-Hakodate station. We had a family room - sleeps up to 6 people - so fine for the 4 of us.

There are some dishes and cutlery but not as many as I had expected ( just one sharp cooks knife).  Lighting was good. Beds were comfortable. Our room had 2 double beds and 2 single " bunk" beds up a wooden ( fixed) staircase/ ladder. Lavatory was separate to the shower/ bathroom.
Good lighting. We made our own breakfast

Cons:

I used the laundry room - but unlike in other hotels when one could put in coins for eg 90 minutes drying time , these machines only allowed one 30 minute drying cycle to be selected at a time - meaning I had to go down to the laundry room every 30 minutes. ( same make of machine as in other hotels). I've found that the 3kg max drying load of washing is not quite dry after 1 hour using these machines - so it saves time to select 90 minutes drying time at the outset.

A positive is that one can type in a code so noone else can remove your washing from a machine. Its great that they have 2 machines in the laundry room.

New and comfy stay close to Hakodate Morning Market
Pros:

The hotel is still new. It has 2 washing machines. Can self check in and check out. Location is nearby to morning market, like 1-2mins walk. The door uses digital lock.

Cons:

Not to say that we dont like but do note that hotel will only clean the room if stays more than 3 nights. Else they will only provide daily change of towel and mat.

Pros:

Super schönes Hotel, modern, gute Ausstattung, wir waren als Familie (4 Erwachsene) in einem Standard Bunk, sehr pfiffig und geräumig

Cons:

Frühstück 3 Optionen zur Vorauswahl zum Abholen, Joghurt mit Crunch ok
