渡假村外的商店設施不錯
房內設施不太ok，空調直接吹向床位，且霉味很重。
地板跟沙發都不太乾淨有痕跡。
平日のため施設全体的に人が少なく、とても落ち着いた空間で過ごせました。温泉は夜も朝も混雑せず、ゆっくり浸かることができました。特に露天風呂からの景色が素晴らしく、最高に癒やされました。
1人旅で訪問。レンタカーなしだと電車の乗り継ぎが大変で、駅からタクシーを使うと費用もかさむため、アクセスはだいぶ不便に感じました。車での訪問がベストだと思います。また、客室の24時間換気の音が大きく気になったため、耳栓をして寝ました。音に敏感な方は対策グッズを持参した方が安心です。

食事処も遠くて、夕食の予約が取れなくて
飛び込みで伺った「スギモト」さんにお願いできてほっとしました。
食事処へ、外に設置されたエレベーターで移動するのですが、もう少し灯りがあると足元が安全だと思いました。

記念日とあって、事前にメッセージカードをお願いしました。
このやり取りについては、とても丁寧な対応をして頂き感謝しておりましたが、部屋に入ると、テーブルの上にメッセージカードが斜めに置かれていた。ガッカリ...。
15時チェックイン開始、私たちが到着16：20頃
朝食付きプランにはず。
朝食の場所が選べない状況。他の店を選ぶにも写真のみよく分からない。仕方なく➕1人2000円追加でビュッフェ。内容が薄い、サラダは、サニーレタスにパプリカが少々のみ。デザートに果物もない。
何よりカトラリーの箸は、両端が染めが剥げて黒いはずが白くなっていて、清潔感もなく使う気にもならない。割り箸をお願いしたが用意がない。和食でもフォークを使うことになる(私が神経質レベルの話ではなく、ホテルの意識の問題と考える)
朝食後、トイレに行くと２つある個室共に、ペーパーの芯が床に転がっている。
意識の低さ、スタッフの低資質。
チェックアウト時に、上記についてお話しさせて頂きました。

員工不熱誠不專業
とにかくすごく綺麗で食べ物屋さんもすぐ近くにあるし自然も綺麗でとてもよかったです。自然に癒されたい方には特におすすめしたい。流れる時間がゆっくりに感じれて心地よかったです。

チェックイン時、詳しい説明が欲しかった。朝食の予約は何時までかや、満席になる可能性を伝えていて欲しかった。
