Не первый раз останавливались в отеле , сотрудники всегда вежливые , всегда готовы помочь!!!
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение , вежливый персонал , хорошие завтраки , ежедневная уборка , по уборке есть незначительные минусы , но если что-то нужно было сделать - всегда делали !!! В пешей доступности дельфинарий , развлечения , обменный пункт рядом , круглосуточный магазин , кафе и прочее .

Не хватает сушилки для купальников и полотенец

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
The front desk staff and administrators deserve a special mention, they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile.
Check-in was seamless, and their hospitality made us feel right at home immediately.
The room was spotless, modern, and exceptionally well-maintained, with meticulous housekeeping throughout our visit. Another major highlight was the breakfast: fresh, diverse, and simply delicious, offering a wonderful start to each day.
On top of the outstanding service and cleanliness, the location couldn't be better-convenient, safe, and close to everything you would want to explore in Batumi.
Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip!

Pros:

The hotel is nice, friendly staff always ready to help. Good breakfast, a lot of options. Location is great, there are a lot of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Room was comfortable even for a long stay.

Pros:

The location was excellent, and the staff were very courtesy and friendly.
The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was large.

Cons:

Breakfast was basic, with relatively few options.
We had to request room cleaning every morning; onve the they forgot to tidy up and clean, and we had to ask three times duding the day/ The cleaning was passable, though it was evident the room wasn't vacuumed during our stay, and coffee cups weren't replaced (we had to ask for that).
