Great location and pretty property
Pros:

The location and public areas are very nice. The room was on the small side, but had a nice balcony. The bathroom was nice.

Pros:

The location is amazing. Walkable to beach. The internet is fast. Breakfast is really great with multiple options and flexible till 11am. The room size is great. Staff at front desk is really courteous. Batumi Dolphinarium is 5 min walk away. McDonald is also walkable form hotel. Ali-Nino monument is easily 30-45 min walk. Overall an amazing place to stay.

Izcila atrašanās vieta, tīra, komfortabla istaba. Lieliska duša ar labu spiedienu. Liela, ērta gulta. Pieejama tēja, kafija, ūdens. Burvīgs baloniņš, uz kura pasēdēt un baudīt Batumi.
Netālu veikali, tirgus.
Jūra redzama pa logu un ir 3 minūšu gājiena attālumā.
Atsaucīgs, pretimnākošs personāls.

Nice location, comfortable stay
Pros:

It's a new building and unlike many hotels in Batumi, this place was well ventilated/air conditioned and I did not feel that dampness that you have everywhere in the city. Beds were comfortable and clean, buffet breakfast was good, water pressure was excellent (which made a great difference after a looong working day).
The hotel does not have its own designated parking, but it's generally a big issue in Batumi, especially in summer. But there is always something you could find around. It's an easy walk from boulevard, Delphinarium and restaurants/cafes.

Cons:

I did not stay long enough to notice more.
