An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.

Children Policy

Children under 1 year old stay for free using existing bed without meal.

Children aged 2-5 years old:

・will be charged JPY 1,000 using existing bed.

・will be charged JPY 3,500 using extra bed only.

・will be charged JPY 4,500 with half board only.

・will be charged JPY 6,500 using extra bed with half board.

Children age 6-12 years old will be charged JPY 7,500 using extra bed with half board. (For Suite room, JPY 9,000)

Guests must inform the property of each guest’s gender so that proper room amenities can be set up.

Guests with food allergies or preferences are advised to notify the property in advance via the Special Request box.

スタッフの方が親切で、落ち着いた雰囲気の中、安らかに過ごすことができました。
周辺は散策に適した立地で、金鱗湖やCOMICO ART MUSEUM YUFUIN、由布院エリアの店舗など見どころも多く、歩くのが苦でなければ駅から徒歩30分ほどでアクセスできます。
朝食には地元の食材がふんだんに使われていて、優しい味わいで一日の始まりにぴったりでした。夕食も品数が多く、一品一品丁寧に作られており、器や盛り付けも美しくて目でも楽しめました。
また、旅館の方がレンタカーで行ける観光名所（九重夢大橋、阿蘇火口、大観峰、草千里、いまきん食堂など）を丁寧に教えてくださり、より充実した旅になりました。
心地よい滞在を提供していただき、良い思い出になりました。

家庭旅遊，第一次拜訪由布院，整體飯店的服務非常細心體貼。我們跟飯店提前預訂了生日蛋糕以及告知不吃牛肉的客製服務都，兩晚的懷石料理非常驚艷，吃的出來主廚的心意而且兩晚料理不重複，從餐具到擺設以及和牛食材或是河豚生魚片都令人回味無窮，家人待了兩天兩夜享受露天風呂舒徹底壓了疲憊的身心靈，房間即可看到大片的綠意盎然的庭院風景享，雖然是在郊區但步行約7分鐘就能抵達金鱗湖，提前預約了車站接駁服務去市區算很方便。非常滿意這次住宿體驗，下次會在找機會回來。

Really impressed by the breakfast, dinner and onsen quality. The onsen water is crystal clear and gives very light pleasant smell. Beautiful and chill foliage surrounded the outdoor resting area. It is a little bit dusty in the room but spacious and comfortable. Lovely staff too.

Pros:

這間旅館適合自駕游客居住，它是位於金鏻湖山上，如要步行往返需要上山和下山，對一些行動不便又或體力欠佳旅客都是一個負擔。饍食一般，正常早晚餐，沒有驚喜。房間空間大，有私人風呂，不用離開房間就可以浸温泉。私稳度極高。直得一讚。

很滿意的一晚
Pros:

非常好的體驗，大堂有熱水供應，員工非常有禮。一泊二食十分滿意，有獨立包廂進食，環境好好，房間夠大。可加4500日圓兒童餐，非常推薦，好食又精緻。一千多元價格在由布院中我絕對推介。唯獨缺點是溫泉比較遠，冬天由房間沿途很冷。
