Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet établissement. L’accueil est hyper chaleureux et familial, le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, ce qui est très agréable.

Nous avons réservé la majorité de nos excursions grâce aux conseils de la réceptionniste Fatma, qui est très réactive sur WhatsApp, ce qui facilite énormément les échanges et les réservations.

Le personnel du service petit-déjeuner était également au top et nous avons très bien mangé.

L’hôtel est propre et bien situé (magasin à proximité, restaurants et château pas très loin, l’emplacement est vraiment pratique) Je recommande fortement !

Cons:

Rien à redire, tout était nickel. J’ai passé un très bon séjour.

PS : Juste pour ceux qui aiment les petits-déjeuners sucrés, sachez qu’il s’agit principalement d’un petit-déjeuner salé, donc pas de céréales, etc. En revanche, tout est fait maison.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel — everything was excellent. We would especially like to thank Fatma, the administrator, who was very attentive and friendly. She helped us organize our leisure activities and gave great recommendations.

Many thanks as well to Noman for the delicious breakfasts — everything was prepared with care and tasted amazing. The service overall was outstanding.

We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back again!

Ahiyan Otelde 6 gece konakladık. Odamızla, servisle, çalışanlarla, kahvaltısıyla çok memnun kaldık. Uçhisar'ın konumu ve diğer ilçelere göre sakinliği bizi mutlu etti. Tekrar gelmeyi diliyoruz.

Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil et accueillant. Fatma nous a beaucoup aidés. C'est un joli bâtiment. La chambre est confortable avec un grand lit, et le bain à remou est très agréable après une longue journée de marche. L'hôtel se situe dans un quartier plutôt calme à une dizaine de minutes de marche du château d'Uchisar.
Le petit déjeuner était très bon et le jeune homme qui faisait le service était aux petits soins.

Cons:

Le ciel de douche et la poire de douche sont un peu abimés (sûrement à cause de la force de la pression de l'eau) et ça fuit donc un peu dans tous les sens quand on veut se doucher.
Par rapport aux autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné dans la région, nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité / prix un peu moins intéressant.

Отель расположен на тихой улице, есть место для парковки. Номеров немного, в отеле было тихо. Мы жили в семейном номере. Кровати удобные, белье чистое. Есть чайник. По просьбе, дали питьевой воды, распечатали нам необходимые документы. Завтрак порционный, но по просьбе, могут что-то добавить ,если не наелись. Персонал приветливый. Советую этот отель, до Гореме 10 минут на машине.
