Pros:

Très bon accueil. Ils prennent le temps de vous écouter de vous comprendre. Très souriants .
On arrive détendus

Cons:

Ce n est peut être qu une sensation personnelle. Mais le matelas qui semble pourtant de très bonne qualité mais à ressorts. Et qui nous a un peu dérangé.

Ottima struttura a due passi dal sito Pamukkale
Pros:

La struttura è comoda, 5 minuti a piedi dall'entrata del sito di Pamukkale. Personale gentile e disponibile, camera pulita e spaziosa. Buona la colazione. Bellissima anche la piscina dell'hotel.

Cons:

L'unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è stato il letto. Sinceramente non comodo.

Прекрасный отель рядом с Памуккале. Очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные администраторы на ресепшн. Мы приехали немного раньше времени заселения с 3 детьми, администратор с ресепшн любезно предложила нам завтрак пока мы ждали заселения в номер. Завтрак был очень вкусный и разнообразный. Это было очень удобно после дальней дороги. Спасибо большое! Номер большой, просторный с удобными кроватями, в ванной комнате есть все необходимые средства для душа. На территории 2 бассейна, мини аквапарк, детская площадка - дети были в восторге от этого. До южного входа в Памуккале 10 минут пешком. Вообщем очень довольны сервисом отеля, всем советую!

Stay was ok but resort requires maintenance
Pros:

Facilities and breakfast were nice. The check-in staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Cons:

During the night, our air conditioner started showing an error, making our room feel like a sauna. Additionally, maintenance is needed because the toilet roll holder was barely hanging onto the wall during our stay. Also, having cats fight while we were trying to have dinner was far from ideal.

well positioned for the sights
Pros:

The location is great allowing you to walk (long)or drive to top gate. lovely breakfast and due to there being nothing in town they offered a set menu dinner meal which was nice and served late giving time to see the sunset. Basically it's a high turn over hotel. sheets were clean but well worn. pool was clean with plenty of chairs. Staff did their best to keep up with the turnover.

Cons:

minor issue but the wifi in the whole town is dodgy and not much better in hotel.
