Refreshing and welcoming stay in Pamukkale
Pros:

Exceptional staff who were friendly, helpful, welcoming and generous. It’s the little extras and attitude that makes a trip memorable. The pool is refreshing and great for families. Hotel is ideally located to visit Hierapolis and Pamukkale and other sites like Laodicea and Colossae.

Fint hotell med trevlig personal, men städningen av badrummet och det mycket dåliga Wi-Fi:t behöver förbättras.
Pros:

Rummet var fint och överlag välstädat. Rimligt stort rum, Poolområdet var trevligt och personalen var vänlig.

Cons:

Tyvärr var badrummet inte ordentligt rengjort. Det fanns svarta beläggningar, som såg ut som mögel, runt handfatet och även svarta fläckar i toaletten. Det drog ner helhetsintrycket. Det största problemet var dock Wi-Fi, som fungerade väldigt dåligt. Vi kunde i princip bara använda internet när vi satt vid poolområdet, medan det knappt fungerade alls på rummet.

La piscina con gli scivoli é veramente un plus, i bambini si divertono tanto. Lo staff é giovane e cortese

Cons:

La pulizia delle camere lascia a desiderare. La colazione non ci é piaciuta ( prodotti di qualità scarsa, quasi nulla la scelta dolce, piatti caldi non buoni)

Proximity to Travesties, pool and staff’s understanding of our travel itinerary. They prepared sandwiches in lieu of our breakfast because we had an early morning check out

Very old property and you can’t eat peacefully if you are allergic to cats. There are lot of stray cats roaming around restaurants which makes you anxious

Friendly staff!
Pros:

お部屋は綺麗でそれなりに広い。プールも混んでいないのでゆっくりできそうな雰囲気だった。
レストランもあり、ホテルのレストランにしてはリーズナブルだった。

Cons:

エレベーターはないけれど、スーツケースはお部屋まで運んでくれる。
朝ごはんは正直美味しくない。

1 gün önceden çıkmamıza rağmen 1 günlük konaklama bedeli tarafımıza geri ödenmedi. Biz girişte parayi peşin ödedik. Booking.com uzerinden odeme yapmadık. Çıkış icin gittiğimiz zaman Booking.com'un iptali etmesi gerektiğini söylemek 1 günlük kalmadığımız günün parasını iade etmediler. Odalar temiz değil ve klimalar arıza veriyor. 3 yıldızlı otele göre bar ve restoran fiyatları cok yüksek. Odalar ilaçlamamis ve böcekler ile örümcekler var.
