Everything was amazing
Pros:

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was great. The pool looked lovely though we couldn’t use it. It was a little cold and the front staff was amazing specially Yesim, Can, & Eehnaz - they helped me rent a car help with local recommendations. Just absolutely outstanding.!
I would definitely stay here again!!

Nice hotel, good location, beautiful pools. No lift though. The staff is helpfu to move luggages for us.

Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, man hat gute Empfehlung für Ausflüge bekommen, auf Wunsch wurden die Wasserrutschen aktiviert, Frau Şehnaz hat sich sehr gut um die Gäste gekümmert und stetig gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob noch etwas fehlt, sie war sehr freundlich und hat und wertvolle Tipps für die Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben

З нашого номера був неймовірний вигляд на повітряні кулі зранку.
Хороша територія, басейни.
В ресторані можна замовляти обід чи вечерю, не погано на смак.

Хоча облаштування душової кімнати не старе але дуже занедбане.
Стан білизни потребує оновлення.

Ein nettes Hotel, welches von der Ausstattung her etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, dafür aber mit einem überaus netten und freundlichem Personal alles wett macht!
Schöne Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstück runden das Paket ab.

Uns waren die Betten etwas zu hart.

Tutto lo staff e’ stato eccezionale, sia per l’hotel che per il ristorante
Belle le piscine.

Cons:

Il resort ci ha dato l’impressione di essere “in rodaggio”, molte cose sembravano gestite approssimativamente, dai letti al ristorante, il bagno era molto mal ridotto, ma la cortesia del personale ci ha fatto passare sopra a tutto.

The location is great for proximity into all the tourist attractions in Pammukale.
The staff are friendly, professional and accommodating.
Breakfast spread is well thought out.
The price point is very fair for what you get.
Very comforting to see the hotel embracing nature and allowing the swallows to nest without disruption.

Cons:

The bedding and towels can do with some refreshing, as well as interiors of the hotel rooms.
