Horrible!
Pros:

most things were good.

Cons:

The dog smell in our room was totally unacceptable. We checked in took our luggage to the room and couldn't even breathe in there. There was nothing they could do for us at the desk. We were told its a pet friendly hotel. We were left with no choice but to stay. We left our luggage in the room and we stayed out of the room until close to midnight then came back laid on top of the bed in our clothes woke up by 6 and left. we didn't even use the bathroom. Neither of us slept well for those few hours because of the stench. It was awful. We've never had this experience anywhere before.

I had an amazing relaxing time for my birthday. In a clean comfortable room with a view
Pros:

I loved this place. Just wish the rooms had a microwave and larger fridge. I bought some popsicles not realizing that tiny fridge had no freezer.
Also coffee maker in the would be great too.
Overall I would definitely stay here again. Very clean and comfortable place to stay.

Decent but not a real value for the money
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Was not informed during booking that there was an additional charge for parking. Laundry didn't work. Paid for a dryer that didn't turn on.

Decent place to stay close to the beach for a decent value
Pros:

Room was decent size, clean, and air conditioner worked well. No issue with noise

Cons:

Not a fan of the parking lot gate not being used, this allows people to pull into the parking lot to sleep in there vehicle. We were surprised when we took our dog out at 4:30 in the morning to find someone asleep in there vehicle next to where we had to take the dog to potty. After seeing this we noticed several other vehicles sitting just running. Had to ask for an ice bucket, it wasn’t provided in the room.

I like the location. Good food, good staff.

Cons:

I don’t like how the elevators took forever they need to add more for sure . On top of that the elevators are flooded from beach water and pool water. I did not like that I paid over $400 for a “beach view”

Cons:

I did not think it was right to charge 20.00 dollars a day for parking on the hotels own property. The room was dirty with sand on the floor. The drain cover in the shower was not connected and had to keep putting it in place during my shower. The worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. I will never stay there again.
