Facility was good but room was very bad
Pros:

The breakfast was good, and the hotel's proximity to the beach was a great advantage. However, having to pay for parking felt unnecessary and was disappointing.

Cons:

I stayed in Room 250, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The air conditioner was in poor condition, and the fan was extremely noisy. When I set the fan to low, the cooling seemed to stop, and the room became very uncomfortable. At one point, the temperature in the room reached 86°F.

In addition, the room had an unpleasant odor and appeared poorly maintained. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my stay and regret having stayed in that room.
However, having to pay for parking felt unnecessary and was disappointing.

Good value for money
Pros:

Good sized room - we went for the dog friendly option which had plenty room for a dog bed and bowls.

Cons:

Booked a sea view room, except we had a tiny corner view of it that looked right onto another balcony - not what we had booked and spent more money on really.

The convenience to the beach was nice

Cons:

Size of swimming pool & picture on website shows sofa. There was no sofa in the room. The outside noise was very loud all night

I love the fact that its across from the beach

Cons:

The front staff tried to charge my card when she wasnt supposed to. The website clearly stays Pay at priority. The rooms where clean, but the toilet keep running all night. Couldn't get any sleep.

Great spot!
Pros:

This was a newly renovated hotel right on the seawall, I was able to see the waves from my balcony and they welcomed my four legged friend with open arms. The only unexpected thing was the 20$ Parking fee but otherwise we had a wonderful stay and will be back
