Pros:

Location was great and had a good variety for breakfast.

Cons:

I think they could clean rooms ie dumb trash change sheets and exchange towels each day without having to be called or putting trash and towels in hallway. Just a thought

It is a pleasant place to stay.

Awesome breakfast. Two choices.

Cons:

There was a problem with the room air. The technician was able to bypass the wall thermostat but the unit was inefficient at removing moisture from the air and everything felt damp. Should have asked for a different room.

I specifically chose this hotel because of the chair lift at the pool. I wanted to be sure my 92 year old grandmother would be able to enjoy the pool. When I made the reservation the front desk attendant assured me that it was ready and available. Once we arrived it did not work. It was rusted over maintenance man said he would fix it-he never came back. Hidden fees not mentioned in reservation and complete disappointment. We will not be back

Overall stay was good !!
Pros:

Location was great walking distance to every thing. Breakfast was the best!

Cons:

The room I booked told me had ocean view when I got there definitely not the case only saw peace of ocean😩not good facility says booking has wrong description not updated

I’d stay again for the price but it’s problematic. Likely we’ll look into an AirB&B
Cons:

Your front counter person was completely overwhelmed-she was by herself and the line of guests waiting to check in was out the door. She needs help. Not a whole lot of fresh fruits or even dried fruit on the buffet. You have a ton of containers/cups labeled “compostable” but no compost bin: this feels very green-washing. A ton of landfill garbage…why not ceramic mugs/plates and stainless steel flatware? Why not free access to fresh water than having to buy a plastic container of water? Why no coffee maker in our room?

Pros:

Best part was location.

Cons:

$20 a day for parking, thin walls- heard everything from upstairs and next door. King room was tiny for the price. Will only stay again if thats only thing available
