Sehr nettes Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, guter Ausstattung und nettem Personal. Gerne wieder1
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichlich und vielfältig, für jeden (auch Veganer und Vegetarier) war etwas dabei. :-) Für unsere Ausflüge in Richtung Innenstadt und Hafen war die Unterkunft aufgrund der guten Verkehrsanbindung prima gelegen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren zügig zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gut fanden wir als Familie das vielfältige Spieleangebot. So konnten wir am Abend darten und kickern. Es lagen aber auch eine Menge Gesellschaftsspiele bereit.

Cons:

Das einzige nicht so Angenehme war, dass der Kühlschrank noch stark nach den vorherigen dort gelagerten Lebensmitteln gerochen hat. Auch die Mülleimer sollten vielleicht einmal gereinigt werden.

Rustig gelegen hotel dichtbij een metrostation
Pros:

Kamer is voorzien van kleine keuken; het hotel is dichtbij een metrostation, extra positief is dat het achteraan een binnenplaats gelegen is en dat het dus heel rustig gelegen is, niet rechtstreeks aan de straat. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Es war alles rundum perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Hamburgbesuch.
Pros:

Wir waren drei Nächte dort
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Alles war perfekt dort: Die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung der kleinen Küche und die gesamte Studioaufteilung/-Einrichtung. Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt an der Straße sondern man geht durch ein breiten Hauseingang über den Platz zum Hotel-Gebäude, so dass man die Straße nicht mitbekommt. Die nächste U-Bahnstation war ganz nah gelegen (4 - 5 Minuten) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch gleich um die Ecke.

Great value for the price, a no-brainer I would recommend for a short stay!
Pros:

The location of the aparthotel is not that far away from the city center, and there is a U-bahn station within close walking distance. The staff from reception was extremely nice and friendly. The room provided was clean and matches the description of the profile.

Cons:

The fridge in our room was not as cold as it should have been and the display light was broken so it was difficult to adjust the setting. There was also a coffee machine provided within the room but without complimentary coffee pods. Instead, there is free access to the coffee machine in the dining room which is a plus but it might be a hassle for people whose rooms might be a bit farther away.
