Pros:

The facilities at the hotel were good. Friendly staff, available for questions. Easy check in and check out.

Cons:

The dishes were left dirty by previous visitors. It's a pity it wasn't checked before arrival and properly cleaned. Airco is struggling to work when its 25+ degrees outside. The location of the hotel is not the best, easy to get to the center by metro, but walking is harder.

Cons:

Estuvo todo bien durante la estancia, pero al hacer el check-out olvidé una chaqueta colgada en el armario. Volví a buscarla unas tres horas después y pregunté en recepción; revisaron los objetos perdidos y no la encontraron. Avisaron al responsable del hotel, que comprobó la habitación y me dijo que tampoco había nada. Esto no me genera confianza en el personal. No volvería a alojarme en este hotel porque no me inspira seguridad para dejar mis pertenencias en la habitación.

Sehr nette Rezeption! Den Parkplatz konnten wir am Anreisetag schon ab 11 Uhr nutzen, obwohl wir erst um 15 Uhr ins Zimmer konnten. Das war sehr gut, danke!

Tauben in der Garage, ansonsten alles Top!
