Personal muy atento. Anh nos dio muchisima información interesante sobre la ciudad, sitios a los que ir, recomendaciones y advertencias. Nos prestaron paraguas porque llovía. Tambien nos gestionaron el traslado a Da Nang. El desayuno tambien estaba bien

The staff were nice and the room was big and the tv was a smart tv, nice view of the pool from the balcony too

Cons:

There was a strong smell of damp in our room and the shower wasn’t very clean, could do with a bin in the room too

Very worth the money!
Pros:

Beds were very comfy and the room was clean! Pool was very nice and perfect temperature. Room was spacious and tv had Netflix! Location was perfect and very near old town! Would recommend.

Cons:

Only issue we had was the smell in the bathroom and the early morning housekeeping. Other than that perfect!

Fijn hotel op een steenworp van het historisch centrum.
Pros:

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, heel behulpzaam.
Goede ligging tov deze prachtige stad.
Zwembad was een absoluut pluspunt.
Aanbod van fietsen.

Cons:

Bed was wat hard. Lakens waren niet al te proper.
Karig ontbijt, men moest bijbetalen voor meer.

Pros:

We’ve been staying in Vietnam for 3 weeks and this was the cleanest and nicest place we have stayed.
The host is the most friendly and welcoming, she gave us a map with all the tourist attractions and made great recommendations for us.
She also asked us what we had been doing to feedback to other guests our recommendations.

Other than the smell kn the bathroom, our stay was perfect! The pool was nice and the room was clean. Housekeeping came

The location was great, only a short walk into Hou An’s old town. Lovely and helpfull staff!

Cons:

The bathroom had a very strong smell. I was assuming it came from the toilet water, but I’m not quite sure. The smell got quite overpowerkng and it wasn’t enjoyable.
