A very nice hotel that is quite expensive
Pros:

Very comfortable, big rooms, nice layout. Nevin at front desk was excellent.

Cons:

Despite how expensive the hotel is and the size of the rooms and ample space to pit one, no microwave.

Any neglected looking microwave sits on the fifth floor

Clean room and location was pretty good

Cons:

In room telephone didn't work. Iron in room didn't work. Room overlooked train tracks so a bit noisy at night, but not too bad. Hotel adds a Destination Fee to your bill. About 9% after the fact

Location, perfect. Train close by, nice area. Big comfy rooms, nice layout and decor. Very clean. Nevin at the front desk, thoughtful.

Noise. rooftop party was quite loud, no microwave in room despite the space

Overall our trip was enjoyable
Pros:

The room was great, decor and comfort.

Cons:

The lobby desk could be more informative about transportation throughout the city. We also got the feeling the bellhop was trying to solicit us to hire him for transportation.

It was overall a great to stay and central to all the things we wanted to see!

The gym was very nice!
The rooms and common areas were very clean

Cons:

One elevator wasn't working when we stayed. The other was being used only for a party. So there was one working elevator.
