Absolutely lovely hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel with 24 hour concierge. Employees are all very helpful and polite. The room I rented is very spacious and has a comfortably firm bed, nice pillows, a comfortable one person couch, a table and a desk. The balcony is wonderful for getting fresh air and is a very nice addition. Breakfast is free and good. It is an easy 30 minute walk to the city center or a very short and inexpensive cab ride from the hotel. Very safe area. Very good prices in comparison to the city center and much less noisy. I would absolutely stay here again. I almost booked a room in the city center, and am very glad I stayed here instead. The hotel even arranged private drivers for me to and from tourist attractions outside Yerevan at very good rates.

Cons:

Not an issue for me during my stay, because the work they were doing wasn’t loud, but there is a large construction project next door.

Perfect hotel that made our trip to Yerevan complete:)
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Hotel staff is so kind, customer focused, going the extra mile to accommodate guests. The room is spacious, clean, well equipped. Great location.

Pros:

Zimmer relativ groß, mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Spüle.Frühstück im Keller von 8:00-11:00, relativ zufriedenstellend mit Salat,Obst,leckere Würstchen und armenische warme Gerichte. Zu Fuß 20Minuten zu den wichtigsten Punkten. Man kann es schon empfehlen

Cons:

Eine Kaffeemaschine, die zu Stoßzeiten von 8:00-9:00,ständig mit Wasser und Kaffee zu befüllen ist. Ist aber so kein Problem wenn man nach 9:00Uhr kommt. Da hat man oft das Buffee für sich alleine. Wer Geräuschempfindlich und Zimmer zur Straße hat,könnte den Verkehr nicht überhören.Was aber sofort nach 20:00Uhr bis in die späten Morgenstunden nachlässt. Dann auch kein Problem. Duschkopf etwas laut,was ich nicht verstehe

Pros:

Отличный приветливый и отзывчивый персонал! Отель расположен не в центре, поэтому там достаточно тихо, но до метро близко, так что до центра добраться можно легко и быстро. Чисто, опрятно и комфортно)

Cons:

Часть оборудования в некоторых номерах нуждается в замене(например, смесители в душевой или некоторые светильники).

Pros:

Приятный отель с хорошим персоналом и хорошим простым ремонтом. Более-менее всё для проживания есть.

Завтрак – приемлемый.

Cons:

Номера в сторону дороги – шумные. Спасибо персоналу, что быстро договорились переселиться.

Кофе-машину на завтраке бы поменять на более достойную.

Pros:

из нашего номера открывался вид на Арарат поэтому и забронировали данный номер в отеле, завтрак, даже лучше чем мы ожидали - сытный.
Персонал отзывчивый - просили раздельные кровати и они нам это предоставили, хотя, такой опции при бронировании данного номера не было.
С водой горячей проблем не было.
Номер сам по себе просторный, чистое белье.
На маленьком диване было вполне удобно спать.
Метро в 10 мин хотьбы чуть в гору, магазинов и кафе тоже много, такси недорогое.

Cons:

К сожалению, возле отеля есть стройка, но можно просто смотреть на Арарат и не смотреть вниз) были на выходных и слышно стройки не было, есть соседская собака, но вела себя тихо ночью.
- ночные шторы было бы отлично добавить
- в номере было немного пыльно, либо уборка давно была и никто не жил в номере давно поэтому пыль скопилась, либо все таки стройка повлияла
- маленький балкон
