Pros:

The location. Close to Claudelands event centre. Walking distance.

Cons:

The property is very run-down, poorly maintained and malodorous. Even at its relatively low cost, it is over-priced. The pricing is advertised without GST so cost more than expected.

Good value for money
Pros:

Great place to stay when attending a concert at the Claudlands Arena. Simple and nothig fancy but very clean and great value for money. The beds were comfortable and the windows double glazed, so it stayed a good temperature despite it being cold outside.

Cons:

The shower had a big step up into it and the shower head was an older style attached to the wall so not very maneuverable for shorter people

Pros:

The bed was comfortable, but nothing else met our expectations

Cons:

We were forced to vacate accommodation at 4:30am due to other guests attitude who turned on loud music at 3:45am, having party. The noise woke us up, and the entire building was shaking from the music and shouting. There was no reception in place and no one to assist us. There is no security of any kind.

I believe any costs associated with our disrupted stay should be passed on to the guests staying in the unit above us, adjacent to the car porch, who caused the disturbance. It is extremely disappointing that there appears to be no control in place to prevent guests from disturbing others in this way.
