A luxurious beachfront escape with exceptional villas and warm hospitality.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. It is located on a stunning, secluded beach that feels very private and peaceful. Our villa was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and tastefully designed, with the added luxury of a private pool and hot tub. The staff were always friendly, professional, and attentive, and the food was excellent throughout our stay.

Cons:

The only disappointment was the concierge service. Instead of having an independent concierge, the resort relies on a tour company that seemed more interested in selling its own excursions than helping guests find the best options. Rather than presenting different competitive offers, the attitude was very much “take it or leave it,” with significantly inflated prices. For example, we were quoted $120 for transportation for two people to Baraka Aquarium, which is only about a 15-minute drive away. We arranged the same trip ourselves for $60. This was the only aspect that did not match the otherwise high standard of the resort.

الموظفين لطيفين جدا ومتعاونين جدا وهذا أجمل شبء فس الفندق، ساعدوني في تركيب ستارة إضافية، تغيير الغرفة، الترجمة مع الشركات والمواصلات

الخصوصية يادوبك، في الغرفة فيها شباك يطل مباشرة على المسبح من برع أي حد يمر داخل الفندق يشوف اللي في المسبح (بس ركبوا فيها ستارة يوم طلبت)، الجاكوزي مطل على الممر وعلى الغرفة اللي على الجنب، البحر اللي تطل عليه الغرف مكان حيوي وقت الصباح للقوارب اللي تدور على دلافين. فطبيعي تحصل ناس يمرون يشوفونك ويلوحون لك وانت قاعد فوق المسبح. لمسبح مافيه تسخين، صعب جدا تتسبح في الليل يوم يكون الجو بارد

A wonderful 6 days, relaxing, wonderful service and couldn’t have been better.
Pros:

The whole experience was quite wonderful. The staff were extremely polite,friendly and efficient. The service in the restaurant was second to none and the food was of a very high quality. We could have eaten in our villa but chose to go to the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The villa was very private, clean and the facilities were very good. The use of WhatsApp for conveying any messages was extremely efficient, a facility we have never seen before.

We cannot think of anything that could have been improved.

Als allererstes: das Personal ist großartig! Wirklich, der Manager Jumah und sein Team (besonderes Danke auch an Alfa und Boni, die beiden Barkeeper mit den besten Drinks) hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und über den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr professionell mit einer Leichtigkeit und Freundlichkeit betreut und dafür gesorgt, dass wir eine unvergessliche Zeit hatten!
Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, die Villen modern und sauber, Housekeeping kommt zweimal täglich, es gibt einen E-butler und whats app service. Pool und whirlpool vor allem sauber. Die Ruhe an diesem Resort ist einzigartig und unterscheidet sich von den vielen anderen daher. Pures Luxusgefühl und Erholung. 100% Empfehlung

Cons:

Das einzige, was man vielleicht bemängeln könnte ist die Lage insgesamt, denn auch wenn sie einem dieses Gefühl der Privatsphäre mit Ruhe und privatem Strandabschnitt gibt (was fantastisch ist und für uns genau richtig), ist man, um andere Aktivitäten wie Bootsfahrten etc. Durchzuführen wenn man das möchte, Ziemlich abgelegen von vielen Anbietern und muss erstmal mindestens 40 Minuten rausfahren. Aber das ist Geschmacksache, ob es einen stört oder nicht.
