Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abzügen
Pros:

Die Lage von dem Hotel ist perfekt. Man ist zu Fuß direkt in der Stadt und hat aber auch die Möglichkeit schöne Strände zu erreichen. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Die Zimmer sind schön und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und für jeden ist was dabei, besonders gut haben uns die frisch zubereiteten Speisen gefallen.

Cons:

Für den Parkplatzservice hat man 20€ pro Nacht gezahlt, was für uns auch in Ordnung war, jedoch haben wir ein total verdrecktes Auto (Vogelkot) zurück bekommen. Hier fanden wir unter den Umständen den Preis nicht mehr gerechtfertigt, da wir erstmal das Auto reinigen mussten, bevor wir dieses zurück geben konnten. Der Service auf der Dachterrasse ist unterirdisch. Wir haben es dreimal versucht und waren jedes mal enttäuscht. Beim letzten Versuch haben wir zweimal auf uns Aufmerksam gemacht und sind dann nach 30 Minuten Wartezeit ohne ein Getränk gegangen.

A perfect palazzo enhanced the outstanding team.
Pros:

The staff were fabulous, the location was great and the palazzo was beautiful. Concierge Demetreio was outstanding, as was Priscilla at reception. The ladies at breakfast remembered our coffee orders every day…and Luca in the bar/restaurant was fabulous too! Views from the bar are brilliant! Rooms are on the compact side but have everything you need and are beautifully decked out.

Cons:

Pool could have been a bit bigger but not really an issue when you can go to the beach just down the road…

Ottima posizione, staff cordiale e professionale. La camera era sufficientemente ampia e dotata di tutto i comfort necessari. Ottima la colazione

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato scarsa l'illuminazione del bagno. Altra pecca per noi che avevamo l'auto lo scarso parcheggio, abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'auto sulla strada

Das Hotel lag tatsächlich sehr gut. In wenigen Schritten konnte man alles erreichen. Die Ausstattung und das Personal waren hervorragend – insgesamt war alles super!

Cons:

Allerdings fand ich den Preis für das Frühstück sehr unangemessen. Für ein so hochwertiges Hotel finde ich es außerdem schade, dass für den Parkplatz zusätzliche Gebühren anfallen.

Exceptionnel
Pros:

Tout était parfait. L'accueil à la réception, le voiturier, le bagagiste.
La chambre est top et le Palazzo est très bien placé.
Le petit déjeuner magnifique. Nous avons prolongé notre séjour et mangerons au restaurant (Roof top).

Bardzo udany
Pros:

Śniadanie wyborne , lokalizacja genialna, hotel bardzo czysty, personel uprzejmy , Panie sprzątające na najwyższym poziomie. Cicha okolica, przepiękne widoki z górnego tarasu, nawet z pokoju mimo że okno wychodziło na bardzp cichą ulicę mozna było zabaczyć przystań jachtową.

Cons:

Oświetlenie w pokoju , czujniki światła trochę za nowoczesne , nie dali rady ich opanować.
