Great hotel and facilities
Pros:

The location near the marina was an easy walk to most areas and close to a bike path that went around to the beach after about 15mins. We had a two level room so the steps could be challenging for some. There were two bathrooms and very clean and comfy. Bed was super comfy and nice plump pillows ensured a good sleep. Very nice choice of buffet breakfast, lots of staff in hand to help. Rooftop was lovely at sunset and drinks were nice although you pay more because of the view. Overall great location and facilities.

Cons:

Staff at the front were not that helpful with requests for an iron/press. We had been travelling for 4 weeks and were initially told they had one or two and would send it up then we were told the only option was getting them to press it which was expensive and took a day or two. We worked out ourselves to buy a travel iron but lost two days waiting for iron to arrive before we bought it. We were sent to a beach club however it was really dated and chairs were broken and the part of the beach we were at was the least attractive area of the beach. We later saw much better ones and the beach was fantastic. There may be an agreement with the two hotels however we were not happy with the recommendation.

Wat te weinig ruimte/stoelen rondom het zwembad. Bij warm weer zoekt iedereen verkoeling en dan was er te weinig plaats.

Amazing. One of the best hotels you can stay in in the city. Great views, pool, rooms and service were all five stars.
Pros:

The service, location and facilities. All outstanding and a special appreciation for the reception staff whom helped with dinner reservations, ideas to explore and beach club bookings.

I have never felt so looked after by a hotel.
