Pros:

Location was great, in the heart of Ameyoko market.

Cons:

The bed was not completly flat. The room was very small but that is the usual in this type of hotel in Japan.

Nice but could’ve been better.
Pros:

I liked the staff who was very thoughtful and professional. The location is also nice to discover Ueno, which a neighborhood with it own identity.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that it was noisy: you can hear everything going on in the corridor (people chatting/shouting) and the staff cleaning.

Great location, great stay.
Pros:

Outstanding location, you’ll be right in Ueno. But we also appreciated that it was quiet in our area. We loved that we were within striking distance of everything in the city.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind, but the elevator experience could be frustrating. It would get very backed up at times.
