LOVELY
Pros:

The staffs are ALL nice and friendly! The smiles on their faces are so welcoming, polite and they are all hardworking.

Cons:

All is gd but i find the gym a little too tight. The have basic dumbbells, threadmill etc but it is a small room. When i was there, there are kids playing inside 😅

Friendly Staff and Clean Hotel
Pros:

The comfortable bed and clean toilet. Breakfast was good too. The staffs are friendly and the cleanliness is top notch.

Cons:

The tv controller not working even after changing the batteries.

Pros:

This hotel is worth staying for. The hospitality is beyond words. Me & family are extremely satisfied and happy with our stay.
The staffs are to be compliment especially Chef Roff (sorry if I got the name wrong), Bella and all the others that we cross path with. Their hospitality are excellent. Very fast service be it in the breakfast table, hotel room service. The food served at breakfast was excellent and taste soooo good. We always look forward to breakfast time:). Thank you Hotel Santika..we will definitely come back there:)

Cons:

Just that the toilet in my room there is no full glass door to separate dry & wet area...only a half glass door so when I bathe it get wet and also a suggestion to put an bright indicator at the glass door to make known of its existence as sometime children or senior citizen or even young person can bang into the glass door. Apart from that nothing much to complaint actually but if there is a door separator it will be lovely. Thanks

Best for the money spent
Pros:

Great customer service from each member of the facility. Good location centrally located specially if you plan to come through ferry, walking distance to the Port. Well maintained and clean property. Room service and the regular cleaning service is excellent refilling water, toiletries regularly. Comfortable beds and nice showers with continuous hot water. Highly recommend and will definitely come back

Nothing really, just a suggestion to make ordering in room dining a simple way

Noch neues, in Fährhafennähe gelegenes angenehmes Hotel
Pros:

Das noch relativ neue Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Fähranleger Batam Centre. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, mit Blick aufs Meer und die Moscheen.
Die Dusche war ebenerdig und schön groß.
Das typisch indonesische Frühstück im Restaurant im 11. Stock (Blick auf die Stadt) war reichhaltig und wurde bis zum Schluss meist nachgefüllt. Es gab sogar einen Schokoladenbrunnen.
Die in unmittelbarer Nähe befindlichen Moscheen haben überraschenderweise nicht mit lauten Rufen zum Gebet gestört. Dies soll hier untersagt sein.

Cons:

Obwohl im 8. Stock untergebracht, war es durch den Verkehr bis in die Nacht sehr laut. Es scheint keine schallgeschützten Fenster zu geben.
Im Zimmer haben uns Steckdosen gefehlt. Es gab insgesamt 2. Wenigstens hatte eine einen USB-Anschluss.

Great Location and Value, but Mixed Experience
Pros:

This hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal. It looks brand new, and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The stay offers great value for money since breakfast is included.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet spread consists mostly of Indonesian cuisine, and as a vegetarian, there were very few non-meat options to choose from. I saw a dead cockroach outside the dining room and it affected my appetite as well.

Wonderful experience at Hotel Santika Batam!
Pros:

The receptionists Rendy and Friza were very friendly and accommodating to our requests upon our arrival!

Location wise, it's a 10 minutes walk from Batam Ferry Terminal, convenient for those who doesn't want to go far from the ferry terminal. Additionally, it's also very close to the mosque, convenient for Muslim travellers.

Overall, we enjoyed our time here!
