Not a good value.
Pros:

Location of property was good.

Cons:

Location of the unit is bad. Lots of noise from people coming into the outer door by the unit from outside and very limited insulation. And parking was VERY expensive and I didn’t realize that so added another $50 to my budget. Also very hard to find how to get in. Too many complicated instructions. Also very difficult to get AC to work.

There was no parking. The private parking garage is an additional charge and not included. That detail should be noted in the reservation before you book your stay.

Excellent and great value for money
Pros:

Excellent place. Great communal amenities. Very clean and modern apartments. Comfortable beds

Cons:

This place is excellent if you plan to eat out. If you want it as a self catering place, the kitchen is very ill equipped to make even the most basic meal. Definitely not equipped for self catering

zeer verzorgd hotel in vele opzichten
Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Erg toegankelijk.
De kamer was zeer proper en aangenaam om te verblijven.

Cons:

De locatie. Deze accomodatie is vlakbij Shopping square gelegen maar wat verder dan verwacht van downtown Scottsdale. Hoewel alles op wandelafstand blijft en er dus nooit iets echt ver weg is.

NOT a hotel
Pros:

Don’t be mislead, this is NOT a hotel, it’s an apartment building. There is no restaurant, no bar, no housekeeping. There is a pool but it’s cold and only sees the sun a few hours each day. There is a rooftop lounging area but it’s locked permanently. Our room was a decent size but the furniture was sparse; there were no chairs for the balcony. We left early and went somewhere else.

Great walking location for Old Town and Fashon Square but limited access to food stores if you don’t have a car.
Pros:

The location wag good and it was clean and tidy. WiFi was great

Cons:

No furniture on the balcony, could have had more towels. Can be a bit noisy when the garage next door receive deliveries.

Great accommodations!
Pros:

Beautiful design and amenities , perfect location, incredible front staff

there were no pool towels and only 4 total bath towels
