Pros:

하카타역에서 좀 걸어야 했지만, 가는 길에 구경거리가 많아서 좋았어요. 3인으로 간 여행이였는데, 룸컨디션도 깔끔하고 생각보다 좁지 않아 너무 만족했습니다. 대욕장도 현대식으로 깔끔하고 편리했어요. 특히, 아침 조식은 꼭 드세요. 빵종류가 다양하게 나와서 빵순이 친구가 너무 좋아했습니다. 다음에도 후쿠오카 시내를 가게 된다면 다시 가보고 싶은 곳입니다.

하카타역과 텐진역 사이에 있어서 캐리어끌고 오실려면 조금 걸어야 하는것 빼고는 단기로 지내기엔 여기만한 곳이 없습니다. 대욕장이 24시간이 아니라 마감시간 잘 맞춰서 서둘러 씻어야 하는게 단점이라면 단점이랄까..

周邊居酒屋多，同條街頭尾各有超商，對面有家24小時在地小超市，房間大小尚可，2單床開前開行李無障礙，3人房行李皆要在床上開，熱水夠熱水壓夠大，床軟硬適中，坐床邊不會下陷，服務人員態度熱情，英文溝通無障礙

Cons:

房間內浴室小無置放空間，樓上大浴場就只是浴室放大版，只提供飲水機和吹風機無其他任何備品，離車站略遠，在後門上下行李比較方便
