It would be more perfect if the AC would have operated properly, and no smelly air supply
Pros:

I like the location, easy parking availability, the exterior

Cons:

No reception onsite, although we knew we had checked in online (but that was not an easy task), so we opted for seeing the reception. But the reception was at another location (hotel). We also faced issues with accessing the building with the PIN code (it appeared to be broken), but the staff was very friendly to ensure we could enter the hotel when all entrances were closed.
The room itself was spacious, but the AC couldn't be turn lower, albeit it was needed. And the AC (or something else) produced a smelly air supply the whole time

Es más un restaurante que un hotel?
Pros:

El entorno y el edificio, se trata de un palacio rehabilitado con restaurante y salón para eventos en el que si coincides con algún evento molesta el ruido a las habitaciones porque no hay buena insonorización entre plantas.
Tampoco hay insonorización entre las habitaciones pese a existir un pasillo enmedio.

Cons:

Falta insonorización y de personal en el palacio no hay recepción ni opción de hablar con ellos salvo por teléfono y pese a pedirles que controlarán el ruido ( coincidimos con una comida de empresa) no sé modero el ruido hasta casi las 10 de la noche que apagaron la música.
El personal durante el día está limpiando y preparando las reservas del restaurante por lo que la música del buffet resulta estridente cuando bajas a desayunar porque no sé tiene mucho en cuenta a los huéspedes.

Arquitectura,decorado,ubicación,habitaciones.

Cons:

Como es posible que a la mañana nos encontramos con que no hay agua.
Si el ayuntamiento la corta,entiendo que un hotel de esta categoría,debiera de tener recursos ante estas situaciones.

El hotel es perfecto. Esta en una zona tranquila. Es un palacio completamente remodelado, con habitaciones amplias e impresionantes. Muy bonita decoración. El baño impresionante de grande y limpio. Perfecto

Estancia desangelada y muy mal acceso al hotel

La atención de la empleada en el desayuno

Cons:

El acceso fue problemático, checking y llave por el mail, no abría la puerta del hotel. Tuvimos que llamar por teléfono
Al no haber nadie de personal, ni bar, ni restaurante estaba muy desangelado y un poco deprimente
La habitación no tenía ventana, únicamente un Velux

Dormir en un palacio con las comodidades modernas
Pros:

Hotel muy recomendable si estás para alojarte en la zona. El palacio es precioso y la atención muy buena. El desayuno muy bien con buffet variado y fruta. Comimos en el restaurante un día y también nos gustó mucho y nos trataron muy bien. De 10 todo

Cons:

Quizás como mejora el zumo de naranja que fuera natural, nada más.
