Cons:

Po príchode na ubytovanie nám bola priradena zlá izba bez kuchyne, pritom sme mali rezervovanú izbu s kuchyňou. Hneď ako sme zistili, že v izbe nie je kuchyňa išli sme na recepciu. Pán recepčný nás informoval, že momentálne nemaju takú izbu voľnú, a že na ďalší deň nám ju vymenia. Po raňajkách ďalší deň sme išli na recepciu s otázkou, kedy nám bude izba vymenená. Pani recepčná povedala, že izba s kuchyňou voľná nebude, že bude kontaktovať manažéra aby nám navrhli vhodné riešenie situácie. Od tohto momentu až do konca pobytu nám nebola podaná žiadna informácia a tvárili sa, že je všetko v poriadku.

Z kúpeľne silno prenikal smrad moču/kanalizácie. V izbe bol neustále puch.

Výhľad z balkóna sme mali na železnú konštrukciu (únikovú východ).

Prikladám fotky o čistote apartmánu, kartičky, ktorá nám bola priradena k izbe (zaleptana, špinavá).

Raňajky hodnotím tiež veľmi poskromne.

Зручне розташування поруч з автовокзалом. Для ночівлі на 1-2 дні прийнятно. Сніданки досить ситні, до того ж є вибір страв.

Cons:

Номер виходив на проїжджу частину - було гучно, до того ж штори повністю не закривали кімнату від освітлення магазину навпроти

Éclairage du miroir salle de bains cassé avec fils électriques apparents non réparé malgré signalement. Wifi très faible voire aléatoire .

The location was great for shopping, dining with many restaurants within walking distance, including a 24/7 market directly across the street. We also loved that each room had a washing machine, so we were able to do laundry as needed!

I had a wonderful stay at Tanrise City Residence. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of service. A little city break !
Pros:

Stayed with friends, staff were great and very helpful. We had a large room for three adults and it was clean and well equipped with a large balcony. . Good location, easy walk to the busier areas of shops and restaurants. The ladies in kitchen really work hard to make a great breakfast all fresh. Only comment would be that the beds are very firm and need a softer topper to make the stay even better.

Incredible staff - very helpful.
Pros:

The staff of the hotel need a special note - everyone at the hotel was incredibly helpful and nice. They went far and beyond to help out, be it with the room, breakfast of transportation around the city. Very flexible and helpful.
The room was big and clean.
Breakfast seemed to be homemade - very tasty, versatile and well presented.
The location is OK - close enough to the bus station. There is also a huge shopping centre nearby and a 24/7 market opposite the hotel.

Cons:

We did not use the kitchen in the room, but if someone stayed longer and was planning to, there were not many utensils.
