Two nights in heaven

Pros:

Great stay, as usual. Staff always helpful and caring. Have stayed many times in Pakenham Mercure. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.
Didn't have breakfast at $25.00 or $32.00 as l have a medical condition and can only eat a slice of toast and a cup of tea first thing in the morning.

Cons:

A choice of a cheaper alternative with breakfast.

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

We were able to get an early check in... after a 12 hour drive, the staff were very accommodating to our needs. The beds were very comfortable. The Premium King room was amazing. Breakfast the next morning was so good with loads of buffet style choices, hot and cold. I found the staff to be wonderful and friendly. Loved staying here albeit was for only 1 night. Will definitely book here again.

Cons:

There was nothing i didnt like about this place.
