Pros:

Las instalaciones muy bonito

Cons:

Que la comida,casi no tenía sabor, y para ser un lugar de mar la comida es muy mexicana y no varían sus platillos siempre lo mismo
También como un extra las habitaciones deberían de tener un refrigerador de esos pequeños ya que no hay donde guardar ni una soda

Buenas ubicación y en general todo está bien y bonito,buena comida ,solo que como la mayoría de los hoteles altos y con muchas habitaciones se llena bastante y se saturan la albercas

We were happy with our stay and loved the direct beach access.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great for going to the beach and eating at nearby restaurants. The hotel was responsive to our requests for a refrigerator and an extra chair. A maintenance man came up immediately to fix a problem with the toilet. Carlos was very helpful at the front desk The pools were beautiful and well maintained. The A/C ran very cold.

Cons:

I would have like a regular coffee machine. They only had an expresso machine in the room.
I would have liked longer pool hours.
Not many staff could speak English.
