L'hotel è molto carino, in una posizione fantastica, e trasmette subito un'immagine giovane, divertente e informale, tipica della catena. Anche le camere sono piacevoli, per quanto di dimensioni molto ridotte, e la vista sul ponte di Williamsburg emoziona

Cons:

Peccato che il personale non sia del tutto in linea con la filosofia della catena e si presenti per lo più freddino e un po' scontroso, poco convinto anche quando si sforza di essere cortese. Una reception più accogliente farebbe di sicuro la differenza. La politica sui crediti per la colazione non è chiarissima

If you need rest, don’t stay here. This is a party hotel and you have to beg to get your room clean
Pros:

Room was not cleaned 2 days in a row and after asking 3 times for a room clean it didn’t not happen and I had to change my own sheets.

Terrible cleaning service and terrible at fixing the problems

Pros:

Some of the staff were nice, very few though, most were aloof and were not friendly at all. I liked the location and the bar lobby was a nice ambiance, the outdoor seating area was also nice and the rooftop area had great views. Access to the storage closet was great!

Cons:

Lack of amenities, room towels and the extra blankets I got from storage were dirty, towels in room seemed musty, front desk phone did not work. Some of the staff were a bit rude and or not helpful with any information and seemed bothered when asking questions.
