No microwave available, no ice maker, small room, delayed service, room key was not working so guest had to be escorted to room and staff were not happy about it and did not remain professional

Place is a fridge. Even tho I fully turned off the A/C every morning I had to wake up to 64 degrees. They run that entire hotel cold.

Location is good, lobby is very nice
Rooms too small, we had two double beds, but there is no bathroom, the shower and toilet open up into the bedroom. This means no privacy for taking a shower, someone needed to leave the room and go to lobby etc.. so the other person could take a shower. Not conviennent.
The rooms are SOOOOOOOOO small. I did not like the bathroom sink in the room just a few feet from the bed. Luggage has to be opened on the bed as there is not enough room to open the bags and walk around the bed.
