Lively hotel with amazing views if you have the right room. Would definitely recommend to people wanting to have a lovel

The room was a good size for New York

Cons:

The early wake up call at 1:30am from the roof top bar. It was very loud and shaking the room.
Check in was a bit long. They also gave us the wrong room first but they did however change it when I questioned it.

Wunderschönes Hotel
Pros:

Die Betten sind ein Traum und das gesamte Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und die Subway ist direkt um die Ecke. Das Hotel liegt auch fussläufig zu vielen „Hotspots“.

Cons:

Es wurden 2x Beträge von unserer Kreditkarte abgebucht, ohne uns vorher darüber zu informieren. Im Endeffekt waren es nur geblockte Beträge für die Kaution und wir haben alles wieder zurück bekommen, aber eine kleine Information wäre trotzdem nett gewesen, um Verwirrungen zu vermeiden.

Kamer is klein, maar wel een goed hotel.
Pros:

Locatie. Je loopt zo Soho in en dat is wel een hele leuke en gezellige wijk.

Cons:

Bijkomende kosten die Booking niet vermeld en ondanks dat je $20 per kamer mag besteden voor ontbijt of voor een drankje, mochten we bij het uitchecken ineens nog $200 aftikken. Ze noemen dit Destination Fee. Wat het is, is me nog steeds niet duidelijk. Maar het staat nergens vermeld.

Buiten dat is het hotel ook vreselijk donker. Zeker in de avond, bijna geen lampen aan of extreem gedimd.

Soggiorno accogliente nel cuore del LES
Pros:

Struttura moderna, accogliente e molto giovanile. Posizione imbattibile per il LES e vicina alla metro. Colazione ottima al Café e staff del bar super preparato: dopo un'iniziale barriera tecnico/linguistica, mi hanno persino insegnato a ordinare il Martini perfetto secondo gli standard USA! Consigliatissimo.

Cons:

Nous avons eu 2 chambres à l’avant dernier étage et n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit à cause de la TRÈS mauvaise insonorisation. nous étions à New York pour travailler et nous aurions dû être prévenu qu’il était impossible de dormir aux 2 derniers étages même avec des boules quies.

Ideal location for Soho! The hotel was very cool and the staff is amazing ! They upgraded us in a bigger room with city views - we had actually booked city view but smaller size room. Will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit NY !
