Stylish hotel in great location with gorgeous views and roof bar.
Pros:

Staff were great, room was ready early, fab views, nice touches and design in rooms.

Cons:

No option for hot drinks in the room. No bottle opener but one was provided very promptly.

Comfy compact city room. Great location.
Pros:

Compact typical city room. Great shower and comfy bed. Big tv.

Cons:

The lack of breakfast and the rude staff on the coffee stand. The kids running and screaming around on the Sunday- Staff had zero control.

Ripped off at the end
Cons:

Disappointing checkout experience. Despite Booking.com confirming the resort fee was already included, the hotel appeared to charge it again. Reception assured me no balance remained, yet a card charge followed. The issue caused unnecessary stress while travelling to the airport.

Good location.bar was good but very crowded-more of an evening venue than a joy at

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit tollem Personal und integriertem top Sushi-Restaurant
Pros:

20 Dollar gab es als Gutschein für Frühstück, was sehr gut genutzt werden könnte.
Zudem war ein top Sushi-Restaurant im Keller und auch eine Party-Roof-Top-Bar.
Somit konnten viele Wünsche abgedeckt werden...

4 man room severely inadequate space despite 4 single beds
Pros:

Good location, good facilities on site

Cons:

Mosquitos in room, tiny space, severely overpriced
Rooftop bar is seperate to the hotel and almost every day it is closed for a private event, lift/elevator system is awful

1st time in NYC!
Pros:

The view from my room was amazing. Especially for my first time in New York. The bed was really comfortable. All in all. Enjoyed the stay

Not worth the price. Rooms are very small compared to other hotels.
Pros:

Location was great. A lot of restaurants around the area.

Cons:

Lobby - like most hotels, you can lounge in the lobby without any issue. Apparently they close and people can not enjoy peace and quiet at all hours. Furthermore, hotel check in is an absolute mess. I’ll never stay here.
