Faites vous bien expliquer les règles sur la taxe locale. En dédommagement l’hôtel propose un crédit à consommer chaque jour.

Overall good value and location but customer service could be improved
Pros:

Prime location to all the best pizza spots & food and shopping. Front door guy was very fun and positive

Cons:

Our room was 45 minutes late on being readied despite being reserved months in advanced and front desk staff (white female with tattoos & a black male) offered no apologies, discounts, or other accommodations to make up for the lateness. A/C malfunctioned in both rooms before being addressed

Nice hotel , lots happening nearby and very accessible to the subways

Modern clean and felt safe

Cons:

Rooftop bar was one of our reasons for staying at hotel but when we tried to go it was closed off for a private function

Gute Lage

Cons:

Teilweise sehr unfreundliches Personal (z.B. unten am Café), unser Zimmer wurde bei 4 Übernachtungen nur ein einziges Mal gereinigt und dafür mussten wir sogar extra nachfragen
Die Reinigung war auch nicht sehr gründlich
Am Wochenende gibt es eine Rooftop Bar im Haus, die bis 4 Uhr bis in den 11. Stock sehr viel Lärm macht. Die Aussicht des Zimmers war auch nicht ansatzweise mit den Fotos vergleichbar.

Hotel pozostawiał wiele do życzenia, cena nieadekwatna do oferowanych usług

Lokalizacja blisko metra i restauracji, możliwość napicia się darmowej kawy w lobby w godzinach 7-10, miły personel recepcji i panowie otwierający drzwi, widok z baru na dachu, wystrój pokoju

Cons:

Pani sprzątająca przez 10 dni naszego pobytu nie umyła toalety ani prysznica, w barze na dachu średnio co drugi dzień odbywały się imprezy zamknięte i nie można było z niego korzystać, wszystkie bary/restauracje otwarte dla osób z zewnątrz, w związku z czym było bardzo tłoczno, głośno, wieczorami w lobby nie można było praktycznie rozmawiać, bardzo słaba opcja śniadaniowa z drogimi przekąskami - przykładowo crossaint z serem i sałatą kosztował 12 dolarów, podczas gdy w pobliskich restauracjach pełne śniadanie było dostępne za 17-19 dolarów,

NY was great but Moxy was average at best
Pros:

Reception guys were welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Tiny bedroom, had to store suitcase in the shower. No tea/coffee facilities.
Breakfast was poor, not the quality but choice and location

Metal hardware on wall transmitted sound from room to room- it holds bedside tables - so if someone sets down a glass or remote control it is loud
