الموقع ممتاز وقريب من معظم الفعاليات والنظافه ممتازه وتعاون العاملين والاستقبال ، رائحة المكان جميله وتفتح النفس

تأخرنا في الشك ان تقريبا ساعه ، الباركنات الارضيه مدخلها ضيق وايضاً اغلب الوقت ظلام بدون أناره كافيه ، تاخر الترولي في الشك اوت

الادارة ليست ذات كفاءة ولذلك انعكس في الجوانب الاخرى في راحتنا بالفندق

الادارة سيئة جدا فلقد طلبنا مقابلة المدير مارك عبود ولكن لم يخرج لنا وكان موظف الاستقبال عماد متعاون ولقد استلمنا بعض غرفنا الساعة العاشرة والنصف مساءا بالرغم من اننا وصلنا الساعة ٢ ظهرا واتصلنا قبل ان نصل بفترة لكي لا نتأخر في استلام غرفنا بالاضافة ان دواليب غرفتينا معطلة لا تفتح وفي احد المرات كاد فردة باب الدولاب تسقط علينا فضلا عن خدمة التنظيف ليست بالكفاءة اذ نجد بقايا الطعام على السجاد،

Dont trust this hotel at all.
Pros:

Its fake aggrement, they could not provide your reservation even u have confimation booking.

جيّدة في المجمل، لكن لن أكرر التجربة

• قريه من المكان المستهدف للزيارة
• الافطار متنوّع
• مساحة الغرفة جيّدة جدًّا وبها كلّ المستلزمات المطلوبة.

Cons:

• الغرفة التي تم حجزها لنا في البداية رائحتها بشعة واضطررنا للنزول إلى الاستقبال بعدما أشاروا بعدم امكانية تغيير الغرفة!
• المواقف ليست كافية لكن هنالك مساحة مقابلة بالإمكان الوقوف فيها.
• قمت بتعديل السرير للاسف الجزء السفلي كان ممتلئًا بالأوساخ.
• المكيف سبليت يونيت في الوجه تمامًا! وهذا مزعج أثناء النوم.
