Unfortunately, the stay did not meet our expectations as 4 star hotel

Mr. Majid was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay

Cons:

First of all, the service was below expectations.
Second, the noise from the café during the football matches at night was very loud, making it impossible to sleep.
Third, the breakfast had a large selection of Indian food, but only a very limited variety of other options.
Finally, the safe in our room was not working. We reported the issue several times during our stay, but it was never fixed before we checked out

تعامل الطاقم كان غير مرضي . قبل موعد الخروج يتصلو فيني أكثر من مرة قبل الساعة 12 مساء. كذلك تم تفعيل بطاقات دخول الغرف قبل check out اللي المفترض يكون الساعة 12 كذلك طلبت منهم شخص يساعدني في حمل الحقائب ولم يتم إرسال اي شخص لمساعدتي

الفندق نظيف والفطور متنوع والسعر مناسب
انصح به بشرط ان تكون الاطلالة للداخل على المسبح
لان الاطلالة الخارجية سيئة

اتوقع الفندق ممكن يفوز بثاني اسوأ اطلالة
اطلالته على الصناعية والسكراب
طلبت من الاستقبال قبل تسجيل الدخول انهم يغيرو الاطلالة الى الداخل ورفضو قال الموظف الفندق مزحوم وهو خلاف على ما شهدته كان الفندق شبه فاضي بشكل عام
الشي الاخر لا يوجد مشرف على المسبح وهنا اتكلم عن 4 مرات نزلت فيها الى المسبح وما كان شي مشرف وعشان اطلب منشفة للمسبح لازم اتصل بهم 3 مرات عالاقل وانتظر من نصف ساعة الى ساعة وهذا الشي كان يتكرر بشكل يومي
