Have patience at the reception desk
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, free parking, ok breakfast (be aware it's not self service buffet - you choose from 6 menus). Rooms are nice and comfy with a huge balcony and nice view. Nice resting/reading spots.

Cons:

Problem with communication as they mostly speak only very basic English (they are used to German guests so they communicate in German). Reception desk was not helpful - they didn't tell us anything about additional services (it's also a spa centre) so we reserved the pedicure through internet (we later noticed there is also a swimming pool?).Very unusual for the reception - no info, no flyers, nothing about where to go, what to do ... a bit confusing where to pay, where to go to (reception is ground floor and hotel is 3rd floor), so it all comes down to lack of communication (we found out about English menus only on the third day when staff changed, we ordered one coffee but got two as they presumed we both drink coffee, etc.). Small things but with time it gets frustrating..

Komfortabel und preiswert.
Pros:

Zimmer gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Wurde am 2. Tag ausgetauscht.

gemütlich, entspannt, wohlfühlend.
Pros:

die Frühstückskombinationen haben uns sehr gefallen, sowie die im Haus angebotene Behandlungen und Möglichkeiten, wie der SPA Bereich.
das Zimmer war neu renoviert und hat eine super Ausstattung zu dem Preis, mit Kaffeemaschine und einem Kühlschrank.
Auf Wunsch gibt es Bademäntel und Handtücher kostenfrei.

Cons:

am zweiten Tag war der Innenpool gesperrt Aufgrund Reparaturarbeiten, das kann aber jederzeit und überall vorkommen, deswegen kein Minuspunkt.

Pros:

Kedves személyzet. Jó reggeli, kellemes terasz.

Cons:

A légkondit nem lehetett kikapcsolni, nem volt info erre vonatkozóan.
A szomszéd szobába éjfél után jöttek vissza, hangoskodtak a teraszon nagyon sokáig.

A wellness részleg egyszerűen nem hagyott maga után kivetni valót.
A szobából a kilátás valami csodálatos volt, már csak ezért is visszamennénk.
A masszázs első osztályú volt.
A reggeli finom volt és az idősebb recepciós hölgyön kívül mindneki nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.

Cons:

A szoba klímája mintha nem működött volna rendesen. Soha nem ment le a hőmérséklet a beállított hőfokra és a mögötte levő rácsról csöpögött a víz, talán ez volt az oka hogy párás fülledt levegőt éreztünk amikor ment a klíma.

Schönes hotel spa toll aber ohne auto nie wider
Pros:

Schöner Spa-Bereich, aber massive Mängel im Service und bei der Sicherheit

​Positiv:

​Wellness & Ruhe: Ich war alleine dort, es war sauber und die Massage an sich war absolut mega gut.

​Frühstück: Das Frühstück war mega lecker! Das Bestellen von der Karte (5–6 Optionen) war zwar ungewohnt, aber die Mengen haben komplett gepasst und es hat absolut ausgereicht.

Cons:

​Negativ und verbesserungswürdig:

​Getränke beim Frühstück: Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass man noch ein oder zwei Getränke (wie einen zweiten Kaffee) dazu nehmen kann, ohne dass man extra draufzahlen muss.

​Aufdringlicher Service & falsche Preise: Wenn ich nach den Preisen für Massage, Maniküre oder Friseur gefragt habe, wollten die Damen mir sofort alles aufdrängen und zubuchen. Ich musste mich 3–4 Mal wiederholen, bevor sie das akzeptiert haben. Beim Bezahlen an der Abreise war die Massage dann plötzlich teurer als der Preis, der mir am Anfang ausgemacht und erklärt wurde.

​Verletzungsgefahr auf der Terrasse: Das Laminat auf der Terrasse war teilweise gerissen und beschädigt. Ich hätte mich dort fast schwer am Bein verletzt!

​Mängel im Spa: Im Spa-Bereich waren Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit zu sehen. Zudem hat der Whirlpool überhaupt nicht funktioniert.

​Schlechte und gefährliche Lage: Wenn man kein Auto hat, kommt man dort kaum weg und muss ständig Taxis nehmen. Ich wurde dann von Schani in die Stadt gefahren. Auf der Straße hat mich zudem eine Dame aufgegabelt und mir erklärt, dass die Gegend dort ziemlich gefährlich ist.

Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Sehr gut
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Frühstück inkl. sensationell

Cons:

Whirlpool seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr in Betrieb
Hoffe er wird irgendwann repariert
Seit die Autobahn fertig ist und Tempo 50 auf der Bundesstraße auch eingehalten wird viel ruhiger
Sensationell die Aussicht auf den Schneeberg
Und in der anderen Richtung ist gleich der Neusiedler See

awesome, staff were great
