Cons:

Vi bokade detta hotell mycket pga poolen. Två av fyra eftermiddagar/kvällar var den abonnerad och det visade sig på plats att vår 12-åring och 15-åring endast fick bada till kl 12 på dagen. När vi bokade hotellet räknades barnen som vuxna över 12 år men vid poolen gäller helt plötsligt 16 år. Dessutom var personalen ganska misstänksam, otrevlig och ifrågasättande varje gång vi var uppe vid poolen. Inte ett beteende som är acceptabelt!

I can't thank the staff enough for a lovely stay. It was a very special trip celebrating my mother's 90th birthday. A wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel.

If you need to stay in central Battersea the location is excellent.
Pros:

Modern and clean and ideal for the location we needed at the time. Relatively easy to get into central London, as long as you are mobile.

Cons:

Very busy and impersonal. Couldn’t use the roof top bar as it was closed and that was one of the reasons we stayed.

Fabulous location and excellent to relax after a day’s sightseeing.

Location and facilities, especially the rooftop bar and pool. Excellent beds and very quiet.
