Pros:

Завтрак не плохой но выбор маленький - это самое слабое место отеля. И персонал медленный и выбор маленький и дорогой. Но рядом много других кафе так что мы находили завтрак по близости

Superb
Pros:

Very stylish hotel in a super nice location. Amazing breakfast from a menu. We had a great stay in this hotel

Cons:

The only thing which we didnt like is the view from our room which was train tracks but I suppose somebody has to stay on that side

Roof top pool in London
Pros:

Бассейн на крыше

Cons:

Отсутствие меню room service в номере, оказывается оно в телевизоре. Не было указателей и телевизор был выключен при checking in. Пыталась и позвонить им, не получилось и на reception тоже. Но ночью лучше спать, не заказывать еду, поэтому все ок.

Good hotel but..
Pros:

The roof top pool was excellent.

Cons:

We asked if our room was ready slightly earlier than checkin, we were told it was, but asked to pay an additional £25 to take the room then. Also the 1st room offered was in full view if the train tracks very close by. We were able to move rooms.

Location and room was quiet

Cons:

Pool was not warm and it was dirty. Some of the waiting staff were not welcoming, particularly the female greeter in Joia on the evening of 8 June, she made us feel unwelcome particularly as initially we only wanted drinks. This was the only bar option as the rooftop ( our intended destination) was closed and we were told we could not use the bar area of Joia due to a private function.
