Pros:

Le personnel était serviable.
Les chambres étaient grandes et pour une nuit de passage ça peut aller.

Cons:

Le personnel n’était pas aimable.
La piscine n’est pas privée à l’hôtel et n’est ouverte que de 9h à 15h.
La chambre n’était pas tout à fait propre et le matériel est très daté (surtout la salle de bain) et défectueux (j’ai du faire venir plusieurs fois le personnel).
La nourriture n’était pas de bon goût.
Les photos frôlent l’arnaque, elles ne sont pas ressemblantes (je n’ai pas vu une chambre des photos).
Les touristes sont très observés et jugés, c’est un climat gênant.

Le personnel était super accueillant et bienveillant, le petit déjeuner à volonté était délicieux également et la chambr

La vue était incroyable ! Le nile devant la chambre apporte une vraie qualité sonore et visuelle, les animaux qui se promènent le long de la journée comme un tableau. C’était calme et paisible malgré le fait d’être bien situé à 30min de l’aéroport. Et plein de commerces autour, bar, restos et jeux pour enfants. Incroyable !

Cons:

Les horaires de la piscine sont limitées de 9h à 15h ce qui reste assez tôt. On aimerait pouvoir profiter de la piscine le soir en rentrant d’un tour.

Excellent hospitality, amazing Nile view, and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The room was spacious with a beautiful Nile view. Special thanks to Ahmed, Heba, Walaa, and Ali at the reception for their kindness, professionalism, and always being ready to help with a smile. The restaurant and housekeeping teams were also excellent. I felt very welcome throughout my stay.

Cons:

Honestly, the only thing I didn’t like was that the staff kept refusing my tips! I’ve stayed in many hotels before, but this was the first time I experienced that. They politely explained that it was hotel policy. While it was surprising, it actually reflects their professionalism and integrity.

جميع عمال الفندق وموظفين الاستقبال لا يجيدون معاملة العمبل وتقعيل طلباته من الواضح قلة او انعدام الخبره والتدريب وسوء الاداره العليا في وضع السياسات واسلوب الاداره رغم ذكر كتير من طلباتي لادرارة الحجز بفتره كبيره لم اجد اي منها تم رغم تاكيدهم لي انكله تمام واني استغرب من بوكيينج لترشيحها لي هذا الفندقفهم لم يعطونني اي فواتير نظير اقامتي ودفعي الفلوس
