Die Hölle!! Nie wieder!!!

Einfach nichts.

Wer einen schönen Urlaub machen will soll bloß da weg bleiben vorallem mit Kindern!!
Vorweggenommen ich wurde direkt an der Ankunft um 50€ abgezogen 4 mal hab ich versucht es zu klären das ich mein Geld zurückbekomme. Nein der Hotelbesitzer will lieber essen als es mit mir zu klären. Und die schwarzhaarige Frau ist auch so eine arrogante und meint wir Gäste wären dumm und das die uns verarschen können. Sowas unsympathisch habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie gesehen. Das Zimmer war so alt und so dreckig. Ungefragt kommt die „Putzfrau“ in Zimmer will angeblich putzen genauso dreckig wie vorher. Klodeckel kaputt, das ganze Bad war so extrem eklig das man Angst vor Krankheiten haben muss. Waschbecken verstopft. Toilette verstopft. Was macht das Personal, nimmt einen Wischmop und versucht die Toilette wieder zu reparieren, das ganze Toilette Wasser Spritz im Bad rum der Boden komplett nass das Toilettenpapier total versift. Und mit dem tropfenden Mop durchs Zimmer laufen alles war voller Toilettenwasser. Noch dazu Lärm ohne Ende keine einzige Sekunde ist es leise. Die Hotel Besitzer besaufen sich die ganze Nacht und feiern bis 4 Uhr nachts. Null Rücksicht auf die Gäste. Für die Klimaanlage muss man täglich zahlen. Die Balkontür ist kaputt kann man nicht richtig schließen. Fernbedienung vom tv durch 2 geteilt. Es wird die ganze Nacht im Flur rumgeschrien im Flur geraucht. Ich bin vorzeitig abgereist es war nicht mehr auszuhalten. Wie die mit Gästen umgehen und welcher Zustand das Hotel ist, für die arroganten Besitzer gegen über der Gäste und das die mir 50€ geklaut haben. Für angeblich irgendwelche Kosten. Hab alles vorher bezahlt online die haben es so ausgenutzt das man die Sprache nicht versteht und ich total müde von der Fahrt war. Und die alle können kein Wort englisch. Peinlich. Und dann nennt man das noch ein „Hotel“ das ist ein dreckshaus mehr nicht.

Arrivi e ti senti come a casa
Pros:

Sono pienamente soddisfatto persone molto accoglienti dal cuoco al personale dell'hotel sino al signor Vito e i familiari. La posizione dell'hotel era proprio dietro l'angolo due passi e ti trovi al mare nelle vicinanze si trova di tutto dal centro commerciale Le Befane alle bancarelle alle gelaterie ecc. ecc. Approfitto per salutare Vito sua moglie e figli ed un saluto per Matteo e tutto il suo STAFF molto simpèatici

Praticamente non saprei trovare un difetto. Ripeto siamo molto felici del nostro soggiorno

Cons:

Condintiile de nici măcar o stea, nici în spital nu e așa rău! Intr-o camera apa era fierbinte, în altă nu mergea aerul condiționat și picura într-una!

Pros:

Famille 4 personnes.Hotel tres bien situé. L'accueil du propriétaire tres correct et super sympa.La chambre correcte et propre.Les repas tres bons.Nous voulions remercier Vito et toute son équipe (serveurs, cuisine et femme de chambre etc..)de nous avoir permis de passer d'agréables vacances . Lokalizacja niedaleko plaży , łóżka w miarę ok , można na dole wypić kawę i zamówić śniadanie i kolację chociaż my nie braliśmy .

Bardzo mały parking i ciągle zastawione auta że nie dało się wyjechać bez poproszenia o przestawienie , bardzo ciasne kabiny prysznicowe wieksza osoba się nie zmieści , przydał by się czajnik w pokoju . Straszny odór chlorem przy wejściu do pokoju trzeba było wywietrzyć .

Veramente pessimo
Pros:

Cosa mi é piaciuto? L’ottima posizione vicina al mare e alla via principale, e il momento in cui siamo andati via.

Cons:

Direi tutto, hotel veramente trascurato. Nel cortile fuori ci sono dei tavolini ma la metà non si possono usare perché sono rotti, così come anche il bancone del bar é rovinato. Alcune parti dell’hotel sono inquietanti, c’è una porta rotta come se avessero tirato dei pugni e la serratura scassinata. La stanza molto piccola e strutturata male, non si riusciva ad abbassare la tapparella perché davanti alla corda c’é il mobile. In bagno manca un mobiletto/mensola per appoggiare le cose. Nella camera non c’era un minibar che in estate direi che essenziale e aria condizionata a pagamento. Staff molto scortese e maleducato. La colazione lasciamo perdere, c’erano solo brioche, qualche pezzo di torta e delle fette di prosciutto cotto e formaggio, non c’era né pane né nulla di salato da accompagnare.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente pessimo, a quella cifra ci sono hotel nettamente superiori.

Cons:

Camera al quarto piano ubicata nel sottotetto,abbiamo prenotato una tripla ma ci hanno dato una camera con sei letti, uno dei quali impediva la completa apertura della finestra. Qualità degli interni bassa, bagno con luce fulminata e problemi di scarico segnalato la mattina successiva non è seguito nessun intervento.
