Pessima gestione: prenotazione spostata senza rispetto per il cliente
Cons:

Esperienza estremamente negativa. Avevo prenotato questa struttura nell'ottobre 2025 per il mio soggiorno nel maggio 2026, pianificando tutto con largo anticipo. Nonostante la prenotazione fosse confermata da mesi, sono stato avvisato soltanto all'ultimo minuto di uno spostamento forzato in un'altra struttura.
Questa gestione è del tutto inaccettabile: trovo assurdo che un hotel accetti prenotazioni con tale margine di tempo se poi non è in grado di garantirle. Inoltre, la struttura presso cui sono stato spostato si è rivelata assolutamente non all'altezza delle aspettative, sia per la posizione molto scomoda che per la scarsa pulizia e la pessima gestione generale. Questo comportamento denota una totale mancanza di serietà e di rispetto per i piani e il tempo del cliente. Sconsigliato vivamente.

3/10 because of price, with lower price 5/10

Location is good.
Staff was friendly.
Parking was not awaylable, after 2 hours of searching for secured parking space, owner let us use his parking space. (thank you)

For someone is it OK, for us it was unfortunatelly not.
100€+ for 1 night is not a right price, for half a price i would say nothing.

Is it better if you call day before if you want parking space.
Near TrainStation was not pleasure.

Mi sono trovato bene nonostante tutto ma sicuramente l’hotel non mi ha stupito.

In camera c’era un forte odore di sigaretta , c’era molto freddo , si sentivano tutti i rumori delle camere accanto e per di più mentre eravamo in camera da fuori hanno aperto la porta .

La comodità di avere la fermata metromare e autobus a due passi

Cons:

Il rumore persistente per tutta la notte. E la mancanza di acqua calda per gli ultimi due giorni di soggiorno che in pieno gennaio non è la cosa che si augura a nessuno.
